EDIT Refund has been received, Thank you. Sarah Sorted the refund instantly after we spoke. Hope speedex did sorted the problem with the lights, They did say they were sending out new plugs to new buyers and that should stop the problem. Light does look amazing.
All sorted in the end :)

SEND faulty items and no refund - "We’ve received similar complaints regarding the same issue" That was there email and their suggestion was to buy a new plug. To and from emails, then ignored, got a cash back from the bank, then 2 months later after I have binned the item, they got a charge back after sending out an email saying they would refund. After I claimed through the bank. Bank sided with them. Was so excited getting a new smart light. Never spent anywhere near £58 on a light before, actually devastated. The light looks amazing.

Compact and Bijou!

Great little compact well made vacuum cleaner ideal for those annoying bits and pieces you can't be bothered to get the big hoover out for. Especially insects!
