Overcharged, broken goods, terrible customer service
I don't think I've ever given a 1-star review to ANYTHING before, but this was a massively terrible experience. I was quoted at 1895 DKK and ultimately charged 8675 DKK, largely for services I either didn't receive, or they messed up. My packages were severely damaged and punctured. Was refused any compensation for broken goods. One example is they only changed address on SOME of my packages, and I had to do the rest myself through UPS, and they still charged me for the address change for all the boxes.
Another example: I asked to add 1 additional package. They charged me for 2. I said "Please only charge me for one", and their response was "We cannot change this, as it is already in our system." I have been astounded at how many things they messed up and then charged extra for.
It sucked.
