Speed Covid Test B.V. Reviews 

I choose this test centre because they can issue the result in the Japanese government's special format. However, the result was in their original format and it did not put my passport number, instead, there is a document (ID card) number that is no longer recognized out of Europe. As a result, I missed my flight, spent a lot of money to change my flight and waste one day.
I do not recommend here, especially to the people who travel to Japan or out of Europe.

I just tested at location Renesse, I was helped very quickly and well by these friendly guys. Top location close to the center and beach!

Test result have not come.
I have waiting for more 40 hours.

If you feel anxious about getting the result a little later than expected (like me), they have can be reached by a contact form and they get back to you super quick. I like the personal aspect of it as they understand the travel stress it can lead to.

I didn’t receive the result in time, so I wrote them a message. It took them 6 hours to respond, and it said my test result was ‘inconclusive’ , I can come to do the test there again. I had no time to waste since my flight was leaving the next day and I cannot afford to wait another 12 hours. It turned out their fast testing places are too far away. I also read many of their bad reviews, so I decided to go to some place else. I wrote to this company that I wasn’t happy with their service and wanted the money back. They wrote ’It is a pity that you are only now reacting angrily. We could have helped you to look for a solution. It is a pity that you immediately draw your conclusion by saying that you are not satisfied with our service.’ I never used the word ‘angry’ in my email. Not only they caused me sleepless night, but they had to write such things and no negotiation about refund. If I knew that it is possible to have ‘inconclusive result’ or ‘not giving you the result as promised and not responding the complain for hours’ I would not have tested here. When you have to travel, you have many other things in mind, and you simply want proper services if they charge. I do not recommend this place at all since they just want to capitalize your money and don’t care if you miss the plane. Go to Spoedteststraat.nl They are much more professional, and have much better reviews as well, which I regret that I didn’t check it earlier!

Result not delivered same day as promised. Computer system error, apparently. Not very satisfactory. Caused lots of pre-travel stress...

I arranged a Speed Covid Test voor Antigeen (speeksel) bij SCT Meppel op 20 August 2021 om 09:55 and when I received nothing but a PDF, I telephoned asking where my text or QR code was so I could use the official CovidCheck app from the Dutch Government. I was informed that you do not provide these but "you have never had problems and everything will be fine". I was pretty sure that this was not the case and travelling through Belgium to France and then to the motor race at Le Mans (who said a QR code was needed) proved me correct. I am not sure how you guys can think a PDF (which anyone could create on a computer in 10 minutes) could possibly be regarded as an official document and sure enough I needed to pay for more testing when I arrived.

Despite the fact they were closed the day I needed to do my PCR their very friendly and helpful employees at their call centre made sure they could accommodate me.
