very available but ...

I felt like I was talking to an AI. The replies seemed to be written automatically, and each time the interlocutor (the name at the end of the e-mail) was different, so I didn't really understand. When I realized there was no point, I stopped writing to them. I didn't hear from them for about ten days until late last night, when I was told that a solution had been found.
Despite everything, I'd like to thank this last person (Kevin) for having been understanding.

They refunded me partially after 1 month of waiting
