The after sales service I've received from Speed Track can't be faulted. The inner end of the track snapped off after about a month. Possible due to it becoming brittle when it was cold. Once I'd reported the damage to Speed Track they sent a replacement straight away. They replied to my message the same day I'd contacted them even though it was a weekend. Brilliant service. Thank you

Lauren was extremely helpful and prompt resolving a small issue with my purchase. Really impressed with the service and would highly recommend this business! The track has been extremely popular in our house with both children and adults!

We received a speed track for our son’s birthday on Saturday. When unravelling it split. I contacted Lauren at Speed track, not expecting a reply on a Sunday evening, but I am super surprised and impressed that Lauren had arranged a replacement. She also gave us tips to ensure the track doesn’t split again. I am super grateful, thanks so much Lauren!

My boys (ages 2 and 7) have had hours of fun with their Speed Track that they received for Christmas, I would say out of everything they opened on the day, this has been the most played with and the most enjoyed toy. They love that they can use all their cars from big to tiny, especially my 2 year old on it (which you can’t do with other leading brand tracks) and they love that they can add their own twists, turns and bridges using their other toys to it which encourages their imagination. But most importantly they love that they can finally race each other and testing out who has the fastest car. We are really forward to taking it on holiday with us at Easter for a play on the beach, as my boys love creating tunnels in the sand, so adding a track to this will make beach life even more fun for them 😍

We did have a little issue with the end of the track that is coiled up the most breaking off, but a quick message over to customer service solved the issue and a replacement was immediately despatched with tips on how to warm it up and make it more pliable in the future. Such amazing service and I can’t thank you for dealing with the matter so promptly!

I’ve been looking at speed track for a while and loved the versatility of what car size you and get down the track. I purchased for Xmas for my children and it’s been played with every day since! It keeps them entertained for ours as they race cars around. We also used it outside which was brilliant fun. Really great product!

My son received a Speed Track as a Christmas present. Unfortunately on the second use, I noticed a piece had broken off on the divider between the two lanes. I sent an email and received a reply the very same day, even though it was a Sunday. Completely unexpected but very much appreciated to have such a quick response.

The issue was resolved very quickly and a replacement track was received the day after it was shipped, which was just fantastic.

The track itself is brilliant, keeps my son entertained for ages as he makes sure every car he owns gets to have a go on the track. I love the fact it comes with a storage bag so we can roll it up and hang it on the playroom door when not in use.

Overall, very happy with the track and the excellent customer service.

Wow! What a fantastic product. Our sons favourite Christmas present. He spends so much time playing with this independently and with us, it is so much fun and we all love it. We unfortunately noticed a crack at the end of the track, I emailed and got a response almost straight away saying they will send a replacement and tips on how to prevent this happening in the future. Amazing customer service. Our boy is excited to receive his new track. Thank you again

Our 3 year old son received a Speed Track for Christmas and it’s quickly become a firm favourite, and every morning he asks for it to be out. Such a simple but effective design, which allows for hours of fun.

We unfortunately experienced a few splits in our track but customer service were quick to resolve the issue as well as provide useful advice on how to keep our new track in the best condition!

I brought this race track for my son and he absolutely loves it! There was a small split in it after a few weeks so I contacted customer service who very kindly sent out a new one which I was very grateful for and was given some advice on the product and some great tips to ensure when it was being unravelled any splitting wouldn’t happen again.

It’s a fantastic product no little pieces that can be lost and rolls up for convenience and is taken with us on days out!

Also am very happy with how my small issue was dealt with, a lovely family run business.

Great customer service, we had also had an issue with the track breaking after only 3 days but it was quickly replaced. I see the cracking appears to be a recurring issue from other reviews so I hope the replacement lasts. Boys love the track and have lots of fun playing with it!

Great customer service. Very speedy delivery. Had to get a replacement for a broken track and it was very quickly rectified. This product is great and amongst the many Christmas gifts, is my sons’ favourite (he is 3, but also loved by his older cousins up to 12).

Such a great product, my son absolutely loves it, and it’s so convenient too! I actually had a small issue with my track initially, and the customer service was amazing - so fast and resolved it instantly. Would highly recommend!

An amazing track that my son has not stopped playing with. We had an issue with our track and the amazing team dealt with my problem very quickly, even during the busy Christmas period. Would 100% recommend this product for any car loving child (or parent as we’ve had lots of fun too!!)

I ordered the 4meter track for my Grandson for Christmas. It was played with on Christmas Day but I noticed it was a little rough and scratched right at the end of the track. I informed Customer Service who were brilliant. They immediately sent out a replacement and it arrived the following day…..I am most impressed.
