I use Speechify to help my in my book writing process. It is really helpful to be able to listen to what I have written during the day. And when I had some issues, the customer service was quick and friendly to help me solve the problem. I can only recommend.

Speechify is a great product, but it didn't quite fit my current needs and I forgot to cancel my trial in time. Luckily, Kristy from customer support was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to offer a fair compromise and processed a prorated refund for me. It is rare to find such understanding and responsive customer service these days. Thank you, Kristy!

Exceptional customer service from Mike and Chris from Speechify. I was contacted immediately with regard to my concern and an outcome was rectified within 10 mins from sending off an email to the issue being resolved. Very trustworthy company .

The service is clean and very user-friendly. I initially wanted to subscribe to the monthly Studio plan, but ran into an issue. Thankfully, the customer support team—especially Lovella—was incredibly kind and helpful in processing my payment!
One suggestion: it would be great to have more localized language options. Right now, there’s only one Korean voice/option available, and it sounds a bit unnatural. I’d love to see more diverse and natural Korean support in the future!

Even though I did not go through with the purchase of their product I have given them a 5 star rating for the excellent customer service they provided. Their communication and going that extra mile to help resolve my queries was really exceptional and I really appreciated their communication throughout. I felt like I mattered and my query mattered. Not a lot of companies can say that about their customer service.

Ordered because I’m AudHD & my educational program lacked accommodations—no audio books, etc. The subscription was worth every penny & now I could use it for other things as well! Definitely the best audio/podcast translation service I’ve used because it has real cadence to the speech. My best experience though was customer service. I did the free trial but wound up buying same day after I saw how effective it was. The company emailed me to give me a heads up to cancel the free trial before I was charged, & they were able to see I was essentially “dually enrolled/subscribed” and helped me fix it BEFORE I was charged. When have you ever heard of a company helping save you money or prevent the subscription fee from hitting? For that reason I’m a lifetime subscriber. Thank you so much Chris & team..

The app is surely great even tho i didnt use it for long. What is definitely great is the customer service which i talked to (Chris). Very helpful because i had issues with my payment after the free trial and was worried ill have to pay a years plan. Helped me out a lot and was very nice.

I had a issues as I accidentally signed in for a yearly abonement. The customer service took over and could resolve the issue, after I have provided the necessary info, within 2 days.
