I was no longer in need of my subscription and reached out to customer service to see if I had options. Chris was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. He was able to effectively and efficiently resolve my issues. If I have use for this company again I will most definitely be returning.

Chris, the technical representative was extremely helpful allowing me to understand the variables involved in speechify. The program as a whole is a very exciting breakthrough of technology. I will continue to use the software for all my future reading.

When I didn't know how to cancel my subscription I contacted the company and within minutes Chris was already emailing me back. He explained to me entirely how to cancel the account and not be billed again it's nice to speak to an agent. Who knows how to do their job is willing to help and is understanding that I need to cancel. Thank you so much chris

I was only interested in text to speech but somehow or other got subscribed to AI which I wasn’t interested in and the additional cost was £74. A guy called Dale helped me to reimburse this money back into my account. Well I haven’t quite got it yet, but it will be soon coming into my account. I’m assured by him. He was so helpful getting my Speechify subscription sorted out.He was so quick and efficient in answering my emails. I was extremely surprised to see The replies coming back in no time and he sorted out my problem so dexterously and efficiently as if the problem wasn’t there at all for which I am ever so grateful to do Dale

Speechify is one of the best on the market and has made a huge positive difference to my day-to-day work, studies, and personal communication and ongoing learning. Their support process is simple and crew are responsive and committed to customer service. Thank you Speechify.

Not only is the software great, but when I had an issue, both Chris and Christian were incredibly helpful and quick to respond! I will definitely use Speechify going forward.

The software was great and we used the three-day trial to test it out with our dyslexic daughter as it was going to be used as a reader in her GCSEs. We decided to cancel for now and maybe use it for A-levels. I missed the cancellation window but Chris at Speechify was very helpful in advising how to cancel through Apple.

I made a mistake during the payment process and accidentally registered the subscription under my own name instead of my son's. I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue within minutes. The team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Outstanding customer service!
