Really pleased with Spectrum

Really pleased with Spectrum. I live in the Netherlands and both orders arrived within 5 days. The website is clean and easy to navigate. Will be comming back. Also planning to visit the irl store this year.

First experience / never purchasing here again

This is my first experience with this store. I was a bit hesitant but I saw the good reviews so I decided to give it a go. I purchased a pair of Carhartt pants from this store on December 29th. The delivery date was set to be one week later and I understood because it was the holidays season.
However, up until now (January 18), I HAVE NOT received my package yet. I already contacted the customer service of SPECTRUM, but they could not help with a refund either because the courier (DPD) insisted that the package arrived on January 3rd. I was home all day on January 3rd and there was no doorbell or door knocks, and I even asked my neighbors if they received this package for me, and they all did not.
On January 17th, I received another email (randomly) from DPD, saying that this package just arrived, when I was also working from home and there was no doorbells, no knocks. As I received this email, I immediately went to my door to check if maybe the courier carelessly left the package on my front door - they did not because there was no package there.
As this is my first time shopping here, the experience was awful because what I purchased was not cheap either. Very disappointed.
Maybe would be good if you could work with other shipping companies who are more trustworthy and responsible with their customers' packages.

Although rarely, an inconvenience may occur during transport.
In situations like this, SPECTRUM launches an investigation with the courier company to verify what happened. It is usually a matter of being patient for a few days and the package is tracked.

Fast and trackable delivery

Fast and trackable delivery. many couriers will drop it straight off at a collection point but I was pleased to be handed the delivery in person. Oh and a cute spectrum sticker and discount voucher in the box
