at SPECTRUM, incoming merchandise from our suppliers is regularly checked upon receipt.
To return merchandise, you must activate the online return procedure within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Products must be in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and complete with labels and any other components (extra accessories, laces, lanyards, removable parts, etc.).
In this case, it is not possible to accept your request because we have no evidence that you purchased on our site and the procedure provided by our supplier is different.
Our customer care remains available to provide you with assistance.

Refunds related to returns are handled within 10 days of receiving the goods in stock, as stated in our FAQ.

In this specific case, we issued the refund on May 6th and the timing of crediting depends on your bank and can take up to 14 business days.

Just now we contacted you by phone sorting out the original misunderstanding, so we hope everything has been solved.

Extremely bad experience with Spectrum

Extremely bad experience with Spectrum. I recently placed an order on their platform, but the process turned into a nightmare.

Firstly, the delivery was supposed to be arrived at a pickup point, but the parcel never arrived. Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that the delivery had been made to my home, which is false (and inconsistent with the delivery tracking). Furthermore, they claim that my signature was provided upon delivery, which is absolutely untrue since I never received the parcel.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue with them, Spectrum categorically refuses to refund me. Their dismissive attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Not only do they fail to uphold their commitments for delivery to pick up points, but they also relied on a falsify delivery evidence to avoid refunding dissatisfied customers.

I strongly advise against making purchases on Spectrum. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customers make them a company to avoid at all costs.

In case of any issues on orders, our Customer Care is always ready to take action and find meeting points with their customers.
In this particular case, after your report, several investigations were opened to find out where the package was and in the end the branch notified us that the goods had been received correctly and forwarded the signature as well.
Therefore, it is not possible to meet you by issuing a refund.

I ordered two items, get only one

I ordered two items. Only one was shipped. When asked to send me proof that both items had been shipped, this was ignored. I was supposed to pay for the two items, even though I didn't get all the items

SPECTRUM's shipments are carefully packed and sealed to prevent damage in transit.
If there is an unforeseen incident caused by the courier company, SPECTRUM will send the procedure to be followed to open a claim with the courier.
Following the complaint, an internal investigation will be initiated with the transportation company with the aim of reconstructing, through accurate tools, the history of the shipment and checking for any anomalies.

In this case, the local branch also confirmed the correct receipt of the package without anomalies during shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and safe.

For further clarification, our Customer Care is always available.

The return procedure is simple and fast.

As clearly indicated on our website and in the FAQ section, if you are making a return from European countries other than Italy, if it contains products from the "Graffiti" page, or if you want to return products from an order you have already made a return for, the shipping is on your charge.

You can also choose the shipping method you prefer and the refund is issued as soon as we receive the goods in the warehouse.

The package was good only i expect on a…

I expect on new shoes from 170,- good laces, they are already damaged.....

If you have no new laces oke, but therefore you can give a credit for the laces so i can buy them in my own country.......

Customer is king, not bij spectrum

And no reaction from the support if i ask for it, it's a shame.....
