Firstly I had a missing tape to my pack, paid over 300 for 2 packs, thinnest hair I've ever bought & obviously once the packs are open you can't return them very convenient. Safe to say I won't be buying from here again, you live & learn girls....

Yes you sent out 1 more tape however it was actually never delivered because the royal mail failed to re deliver it when I wasn't home to sign for the first attempt I work I can't be at home for 1 tape so it would have been much easier if it was sent where I didn't have to sign for this, I'm sure by now you've had this returned to you by the royal mail..... I haven't had any emails regarding any issues by anyone so I'm unsure where you've made multiple attempts at contacting me??

The hair is amazing it doesn’t shed and feels so soft

This was my first time ordering/using Spectrum One hair, and I am amazed at the hair. They are so soft and double drawn from root to tip. I have tried many other brands over the years and couldn’t even curl them as they matted and knotted so quick. I have curled my hair with tongs and straighteners to trial and can confirm I haven’t experienced any knotting or matting with the hair. The colours blend beautifully and I’m overall happy. The only thing I would comment on is there is no 22 or 24 inch in nanos like there is with I tips. However, I will be ordering again. Thank you. X

Most definitely the best quality hair extensions I have used. Beautiful hair , fabulous selection of colours . I have mixed several shades and it’s amazing, I would highly recommend, I have been using hair extensions for over 25 years and these are the best I have used I have recommended to all my friends . Even better when there is a sale on amazing hair for a fabulous price . Can’t fault it , it washes and dries amazingly, no tangles at all just amazing .
