I like good design, quality, value for money and good customer service.
And when it comes to spending my hard earned cash I fear that I will be let down and that these standards won’t be met; fear not with Spectrum - we’ve now finished having the floor laid and moved the furniture in and can say we love it and are the envy of our neighbours. All the tradesmen, friends and neighbours have been so impressed that they have asked for details for their own properties.
Okay it’s not cheap but perhaps that’s the point - the winter garden exudes quality and is our grand design.
Neil is honest, warm and a friendly gent - he knows his product and business and enthusiastically guided us through the process…..before we knew it we had made a big investment and were dreaming of our new room.
The whole fitting team led by Lee did not let us down and we’re equally as capable and knowledgable.
A great company to work with who were as passionate as we were to get the dream build.

A pleasure to deal with. Huge delays in supply were not Spectrums fault, but when my big window was delivered it was installed with a minimum of fuss, by careful installers working in a very confined space

Initially somewhat nervous to use them as this firm is located in a different area to where I live.
However, they were utterly professional from start to finish - initial enquiry, quotation, site visit, order and installation - keeping me informed throughout the process.

I am in the process of completing the shell of my self- build, ready for its fit-out. This is the 2nd time of using Spectrum after a previous Solarlux Cero III and SL90 bifold installation on my previous home. I would highly recommend, they are experienced, friendly and are a financially stable business.

As we are all aware there are worldwide shortages of various materials. To name one of the major items as GLASS !

The challenges that Lone has had to overcome ensuring my build gets watertight is far and beyond what other window companies would go to. The team at Spectrum fully understand the build process and the disaster of not getting me weather tight for the forthcoming winter period. They have gone the extra mile ensuring they get my order then fitting me in for installation immediately after receiving my windows & doors with them knowing my build programme would suffer with any further delays. They have done everything within their control to keep my project on track for my completion date.

In would like to thank Dave at the sales end. Lone and Paul for their project management end then Mark and his team, the installers who are quality fitters giving us confidence from the very first time they arrived at the build.

Neil at Spectrum has restored my faith! I had previously purchased Internorm from another supplier and the customer service was terrible. However Neil and his team could not have been more different. From the moment of stepping into the COVID safe showroom to the after sales service - it has just been brilliant! The fitters (Yes you Mark!) were an absolutely fantastic and a joy to have around.

Avoid this company at all costs

We had triple glazed bi folding doors and a window fitted 2 years ago and that was superb service at the time .
Have had a problem with a bi fold hinge recently! I can’t express how professional the problem was dealt with ...from the management to the customer care team who repaired the problem today .

Spectrum supplied and fitted Internorm triple-glazed windows and doors for our bespoke new-build property. We had previously approached a number of other suppliers but Spectrum stood out, inspiring more confidence that they could meet our very exacting brief. In addition to the glazing, Spectrum also designed, supplied and fitted a large number of aluminium trims and pressings which were powered coated in exactly the same non-standard finish as the windows/doors. The result is, quite frankly, amazing! Ours was a relatively large project (invoice total in the region of £85k) and the few minor snags were carried out promptly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about either the guys on site or the people in the office and I wouldn't hesitate to use Spectrum again. For full disclosure, we have no business nor personal connection with Spectrum - we're just happy customers.

A brilliant experience that was utterly professional from the time of placing our order to the final fitment and setup of our beautiful windows .

We visited a number of window companies, but finally chose Spectrum Architectural. The windows provided us with all that we were looking for, including in design, specification, colour and materials used. The people at Spectrum could not have been more helpful or patient, made suggestions when appropriate, but were never pushy. Spectrum gave us time lines in respect of manufacture and fitting and notwithstanding the pandemic kept to them. We are very happy with the end result and are happy to recommend them.

We needed Aluminum cladding to hide & insulate a steel beam on our double height windows , tricky job as the beam wasn’t quite uniform.
No idea how they managed it but they did. All we were hoping for and more.

Dave and the team at Spectrum have been brilliant. They’ve answered every question I’ve had, supplied exactly what I wanted, fitted superbly and on time. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. I’d have absolutely no reservations about using Spectrum for my glazing in future!

Great product, some challenges during installation, but nothing that could not be eventually fixed.

Spectrum have provided an excellent level of service throughout. We have had replacement windows and a door installed and everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and efficient. We are very happy with the Internorm product and the service provided. Minor issues were followed up promptly and professionally .

We are super happy with the service provided by Lone and her team at Spectrum. From start to finish the process has been incredibly easy, and the windows are, quite simply, stunning! Would highly recommend.

For our self-build house project we used Spectrum to supply and install Internorm windows and front entrance door together with Solarlux Cero III glass walls. Their product knowledge was obvious from the start and we found their staff accommodating and extremely helpful, in a very acceptable, "un-pushy" way. "Double glazing sellers" they are not! (In our case everything was triple glazed anyway!)
Installation was carried out at the advised dates with their experienced fitters wholly competent.
Impressed with the aluminium external cills provided with the windows, we extended our order to include aluminium soffits, fascias and sundry trims, which were site measured by Spectrum's associated company Archital, fabricated and installed to our complete satisfaction.
Now several months on from installation, we have no complaints whatsoever.

Brilliant service from the moment we arrived at the showroom to the final follow-up call checking we were happy with our bi-fold doors. The team could not have been more helpful, especially when the installers realised that our builder had not allowed for our tiled floor in the calculations, so the doors wouldn't fit. After calming me down, the Spectrum team found a solution to the problem, and the doors were fitted. Excellent product, excellent service. Happy to recommend and would use again without question.
