I was promptly reached out to after placing my order to confirm a detail, and my glasses arrived in under a week. The value is superb, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for bespoke lens this is the go-to place. I needed to buy bespoke lens to help with my migraines not only did they source the tint they supplied and fitted for me. David and his team were excellent through out the process and the service was second to none.

From start to finish this was a first class service with superb value for money.

I bought from this site because their prices were as good as anywhere and they seemed genuine. Glasses came promptly and were just what I was expecting.

I was very impressed when I had a slight problem with the glasses bending out of shape and I was able to post the glasses back for re-aligning,which they did very promptly and with no fuss.

The company could not have been more helpful .It is not always easy for older folk to get what they need in the modern world. The help I received was excellent and my spectacles have been great. Thank you so much.

Extremely poor customer service. Emailed to request which lens tints Spectacles Direct can offer, as the website does not specify lens tint options. Was looking to purchase a pair of prescription Ray Bans. The person who replied failed to answer my question each time I emailed. Impossible to get a straight answer from them. I simply asked for the range of lens tints on offer, asking if they do G-15 and B-15 tints, and whether or not they do polarized. If they don't know, they should have said as such.

Each response was either, 'we can do whatever you want', or 'the most popular tend to be ...'. I repeatedly asked for an indication of the range of tints they offer, and whether they do polarized lenses, and received no response to any of my questions. Greatly disappointing service. However, due to their fast processing times I gave the company the benefit of the doubt as they are seemingly being poorly represented by a sales rep with an attitude problem. So I placed an order only for it then to be refused as they did not like my review of their customer service (as above) which I initially submitted prior to ordering. I was subsequently refunded and denied service. I am considering taking legal action. Not a pleasant co. to deal with in my experience. My emails were perfectly polite yet I received responses as specified above. A real shame.

A very professional and service driven business. I paid £32 to have new anti-glare lenses in my glasses with recorded delivery back to me. New glasses case and cloth. The box arrived a couple of days after requesting it on their site. Sent my glasses off with new prescription and they called me to discuss options. Sent my glasses to them on Thursday, got them back the following Friday. I took the hit and worked without them for a week but worth it considering Specsavers wanted £70 for the same job. All in all a good process, the only suggestion I would have is to improve the delivery process so you can get things turnaround quicker.

Glasses turned up early, which was really important to me as I needed a pair for gong on holiday with. Very prompt responses to my queries. Happily recommend to anyone. Thank you very much!! Simon.

Having bought two pairs of lovely new wayfarer optic glasses from Spectacles direct I can highly recommend them for their customer service and attention to detail, the individual personal care and advice was second to none. Friendly and professional staff at Spectacles Direct, who couldn't have been more helpful when I was choosing new frames, and were very patient with me being that annoying customer who wants to know exactly what all the tests are for and how the machines work! Easy parking and a nice big airy and uncluttered showroom with a vast selection of frames. I definitely felt that I was getting a more personal service than I've received in the past at larger chains. Specs were ready within a week. Very competitive pricing. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely first class service, not only new lenses fitted the glasses were overhauled and returned in new cases, cant express how pleased I am, I will definitely use this company again and have no problem what so ever in highly recommending them. WELL DONE FIVE STAR SERVICE
