I’m very happy with the glasses that I ordered - the packaging is nice and comes with a generous bottle of lens cleaner. The process of ordering was very quick and easy. Delivery was incredibly fast. I think that I ordered them late Sunday or Monday night (for prescription lenses, too) and had them by Wednesday lunch-time. Would recommend.

A returning customer, I ordered my glasses expecting to receive them in time for my upcoming holiday. I then realised I had misread the timeframe as consecutive days when it was actually working days. My mistake entirely. However, I contacted customer service on the Saturday before my departure Wednesday afternoon and my goodness, did they pull out all the stops! Fantastic service from this amazingly efficient, reliable and friendly company. Every person who emailed me was understanding and helpful. Behind the scenes others worked hard to ensure my complicated prescription was dispensed to their usual exemplary standard and my glasses were delivered - total perfection in every way - hours before I left for my holiday. I want to share some well-deserved praise for Ms. Kanwal and the wonderful team at SpecsArt in Walkden Town Centre.
A few months after getting my new glasses, I had to return because I developed a secondary cataract. Ms. Kanwal was fantastic—she wasn't judgmental at all about my eyesight changing so quickly and took the time to do a very thorough check to confirm it. She immediately sent a referral to the eye hospital and even followed up on the exact same day to ensure everything was moving forward.
What really sets the Walkden SpecsArt apart from the larger optical chains is their consistent professionalism and genuine warmth. Their staff are highly trained, incredibly polite, and they never dismiss or look down on older clients. Unlike the big names that often treat you like merchandise, the team here truly cares about people.
Ms. Kanwal is kind, polite, and caring, and I am so grateful for her swift help. Thanks to her, my specialist appointment is booked, and I will definitely be booking my future eye tests with her again!

Exceptional Service and Quality
I was so pleased with my 1st order that I made another order of prescription sunglasses and prescription glasses on the same day I received the 1st pair of glasses.
Superb quality, very competitive pricing, 24 hour turn around, premium package with lens cleaner, cloth and metal screwdriver included at no extra cost.
I was able to find smaller frames which are lacking in the bigger chain stores who seem to only stock oversized frames which swamp my face and steam up as they rest half way down my cheeks.
Seeing a photo of a model wearing the frames is a huge help too.
Goodbye large chain store optician I'm sticking with Specscart in future for reglazing and new frames as my prescription changes.
