Trying to get a refund on my purchase with no help. Company refuses to refund product that is faulty.

Shipping took forever! Literally 2 months. I would have been faster if I fetched it myself in China with a canoe!

Great customer service, arrived on time and great prices

Received my MAWL C1+ rated for 5.56 and the laser adjusters move before they click moving the laser around. Can move the laser just by touching the adjuster and moving it with my finger. No way this thing will hold zero. This stuff is junk, or there is really bad QC and I got a bad one. Return process is a huge hassle. Won’t buy anything from them again. Had high hopes as reviews seemed to be favorable.

The products I've purchased (primarily magnifier FTC mounts) are of excellent quality. Exact dimensions, fit well on standard picatinny rails where I've had other replicas be out of spec, and are robust enough that I trust using them on real steel firearms (magnifier mounts). Extremely fair pricing compared to the original designs. Shipping was fast and easy considering the origin location and customs.

Being a carrier for Evolution Gear, they do not have all the features and products that EG has. I wish they expanded their range of products

I was told the scope mounts was indistinguishable from the original, just made from 6061 and not 7075 aluminum. When I got it, not only was the markings very cheesy but it was a very cheaply made part, contacted CS and was told to just try it, you will like it.
I would have bought alot more stuff from them if it was good, at around $70 total for a part that looks like $7 I will never deal with them again..

Fast shipping, Great Products!

The order went well, they had to change one item and did refund it and it was ok but the the red dot that came is hard to screw on the unity mount 3/4 screws go in but the fourth one doesnt, its little annoying.

Excellent AR folding adapters for the price. I wished it had tension adjustment so that the folder hinge wouldn't likely fly back and forth. However, nothing a drop or two of blue loctite can't fix. Now it stays folded when I wish it, and still easily unfolds to the locked position.

Great website, made several orders, all of them delivered, for one order the courier left the package, customer support was very helpful within 2 days shipped the item again
