Poor Customer Services

I needed to ask a question before buying and what should have been a quick and straightforward answer took five emails - and in fact was only resolved when the person I had been speaking to was thankfully away for a few days and someone else stepped in.

So I bought the item but it isn't working. I've contacted customer services again and whilst it's reasonable to be asked to provide a video of the fault the request was made so abruptly that I'm really not wanting to deal with this company anymore. No 'sorry for the inconvenience' - just a demand for proof.

This added to the first issue means that in future I will be buying elsewhere even if the exchange happens as it should. I don't like the feeling that if anything were to go wrong I'll have to deal with treatment that makes my heart sink.
