Awful. Don’t use. Barry - Baz - will let you down. I always want to support independent companies but this time it didn’t work out and that decision has been a total let down. Repeat do not waste your time

Phoned 20 minutes before due collection time to say they would be another 2 -3 hours meaning it would be at least 10pm (or later). They do not respond to emails or text messages and are not flexible. Look elsewhere.

From a professionally run delivery company I expect easy communication on the expected collection and delivery times, early communication of changes to those times, a realistic schedule (our driver said he had done 700 miles that day), an office phone to be answered, blankets to protect the bike, a collection condition report before the bike moves and when it arrives, an HMRC compliant invoice & receipt for the requested cash and an insurance certificate published on the website. Unfortunately S-M-T did none of these things. My bike was delivered at midnight, 6 hours late having not heard anything until chasing when the bike was already two hours late. It would have been clear many hours before that the bike was not going to be on schedule. Not sure if these failings are endemic in the industry but until these items are addressed I would look elsewhere.
