Product and customer service terrible

I Ordered car Mats for $250. They are made really cheap, they do not fit, the website doesn't honor their return policy, they are located in TURKEY so you have to pay $20 additional customs to get your item and the reviews on their website are censored. Total scammers!

I should have done my homework…

I should have done my homework reserching this fraud conpany. They sold me a cover for a C7 corvette that does not fit the car and also came with two rips. Car covers are of so bad quality then when they pack the cover is a super small box that the cover ends up ripping. Car cover quality is super bad.

Contacting this company is impossible

In March 2025, I ordered floormats from SpecialCarGarage.com for my 2024 M240i Xdrive BMW. The mats arrived in the latter part of April.

The rear mats were a couple of inches too long. I had to bend the things to force them into the floor space.

Later, I decided to sell the car, so I asked the guy (Mehmet) that sold me the mats to send me corrected mats for the rear floor. It's important that a car looks right when you put it on the market.

I’m still waiting on the corrected rear mats. In one of his emails to me, Mehmet assured me he was “a good Muslim,” so I thought for sure he’d do the right thing. But Mehmet seems to be having a little trouble getting the mats to me.

A little history of Mehmet’s email to me might help you decide whether to order mats from SpecialCarGarage.com: May 26: "I'm working on new measurements, and I'm almost done." June 3: "Production will be completed on Thursday and will be shipped again." June 14: "I sent them 3 days ago. But I'm not at work right now and I don't know the tracking number." June 18: "I will look into this and get back to you."

I’m thinking Specialcargarage.com gave me the “special” treatment.

No response, no phone, no Internet correspondence at all??

I should have done a deeper dive into this company. I ordered mats for my car and received them after about ten day. The fit was great but, I didn't like the color as it clashed with the seat color. I had planned to exchange them for a straight black color which I figured you can't go wrong with. However, I couldn't make contact with the company, no phone, no customer service, no email response. I even looked up the address per a link on their website which turned out to be a renovated old building converted into a very nice pub in New York. Tried contacting them five times and different ways with no response what so ever. They surely are out of business by now. Suggest you avoid Special Car Garage!

Disappointed with Product Fit and Lack…

Disappointed with Product Fit and Lack of Response
I received my car mats, but unfortunately, they do not fit my vehicle as expected. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone but haven’t received any response. I’m requesting a full refund and would like instructions on how to return the mats. I hope the company can resolve this promptly
