Fantastic first class service from Ryan and his team.Turned up on time to give me a quote and offered me a honest and trustworthy option regarding the condition of my tree.This was followed up by a quote in writing with all of the relevant work required with images.
When I came to book my appointment there was clear and easy booking process.
This was also followed up the day before the booking to confirm the appointment and the team who were attending my property.
Arrived on time , well mannered staff, friendly and polite,
The job Ryan and his Team carried out were way beyond my expectations.
Very professional company who left my garden in an immaculate condition.

3 or 4th time I've used Special Branch to pollard a HUGE 50yr old weeping willow in my back garden and, yet again, they've done an excellent professional job, from estimate, climbing and cutting, to clean up, at a very reasonable price.

Their site clean up after the job is far and away better than any previous firm I'd used.

Fantastic service from start to finish, every aspect first class. Turned up to quote the job when they said they would (which is half the battle with some firms), had an extremely clear and efficient job booking system and quoted the work at a reasonable price, then turned up on the day as agreed and completed everything above my expectations leaving everything looking fantastic. In fact it was left tidier than it was before - just what you’d want. I wish all trades I used operated the same way, can’t recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service right from first contact. Estimated two days work (second day was to be stump grinding) but team on first day were able to complete everything.
