2.5 MONTHS STILL NOT RECEIVED PREPAID ORDER

From where should I start.. I ordered  november 2025 after 15 days I receive a dress instead .. They asked me to go at the courier company on my own to return the wrong item first and then they would be able to send the correct ??????,,,, the correct item was prepaid.. after returning the item .. my order was due to deliver by a courier company ... that does not send notification  via message or call for the date or  time they will deliver the package. They expect someone to be home for one week and full day to wait for them. Result after 2 months  I have to go 30 kilometers away to collect my parcel. After 2 months.
The only real good thing i could state is the customer service , they have been very polite and tried the best to assist me.

The return policy was AMAZING

The return policy was AMAZING. Within 3 days the returned my money. They also have a great variety of shoes with the best price. They might lack in quality and quantity of clothes, but that's why they have that great of a return system.

Lack of Customer help for returns, wondering if I am going to see my money again for the return...

Pros: Beautiful leather boots however they were a little tight so need to return.
Cons: Still waiting a week for them to be collected with no notification from Geniki Courier. Tried calling help line, but it hung up after two attempts and a long hold time. The boots were not cheap, so hoping they can be refunded. Will be happy to amend this review if I can reach someone, but this is concerning.
Also my account doesn't seem to show all the information. Luckily I photographed it as a measure since there are so many dodgy retail sites these days.

Fake product

The product i received was fake
It was a jordan 1 low which was really easy to tell that is fake if you are into sneakers . I managed to communicate and talk to get a return . Dont trust this shop at all

I have bought 6 pairs of shoes so far during the last two years. It is one of the best internet sites I have bought from. Their prices are excellent and their delivery very quick. From my experiences, I highly recommend them.

You call this customer service?!

I placed an order with express delivery(20euro) for 2 pairs of Skechers shoes and the one pair came faulty. I went to ups and made the return and soon enough,after a few days they send me a new pair. The shoes had the same problem on the inside so i called the customer service department and mentioned the problem,they said they will make a note for the company in France in order to be more careful next time. unfortunately I had to return them again. After a few days i got a new pair with the same problem for the third time!!! I returned the shoes and asked for a refund, and called them explaining that this is unacceptable!! 3 times!! And i wanted the shoes that's why i didn't ask for a refund in the first place. In my surprise,they returned my money but not the 20euros for the express delivery!! Are they serious?? It was the least they could have done after all this trouble!! Great customer service,never again!!

Totally disappointed

Totally disappointed. I order on 14 April with expected delivery on 26 April. On 2 May they still could not find my parcel, which was in Greece. Each employee was telling me a different version.

Totally disappointed!
In January I purchased a coat and paid extra charges in order to receive it asap. The size I ordered was wrong so without loosing time I followed the return process and sent it back and getting the correct one. As the time was passing I didn’t have any update regarding the return (almost one month from the time of return) so I reached the customer service which informed me that they sold the size that was reserved for me and they would call to inform me (nobody knows when!). Totally disappointed because I was waiting a month for it and it never came!!!! Ironically the size I returned became available the day I called them.

Terrible delivery times

Unfortunately they are not able to deliver on time for Greece as the courier they work with has a terrible service. It takes a few days to arrive in Athens but the package remains here for 8 days and no signs of it. I am still waiting for a delivery. Terrible experience, I would not recommend it. If you need something expect for a delay and don't count on it - guys, we order clothes cause we wanna use them and most times it is for special occasions. If you don't deliver on time, don't mention specific dates or charge the delivery service you have. There are plenty of eshops that deliver on time, why prefer you?

The delivery dates communicated to you were between 23-12-2022 and 28-12-2022.
As stated on our page, delivery via Geniki Taxidromiki is completed in 6 to 10 working days.

As your order was placed during a holiday period, the 20th of December was a holiday in Bulgaria where the warehouses of Geniki Taxidromiki are located, which took over the delivery of your package and as also the 26th of December was a holiday in Greece and the workload due to the holidays was very high, this resulted in the delay of your order which was delivered on 02-01-2023.

We kindly remind you that you always have the option through Spartoo.gr to receive your order through the shipping company UPS EXPRESS.
