Approved payment but no order can be seen

I made an order and approved payment but I can't see my order in my profile. And it's impossible to find a contact number or email to find out what happened.

Great service

On Wednesday I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks and paid extra for a quick delivery. Today (Friday) I received them witch I was very surprised about since I had read a lot of bad reviews on trustpilot. I can't believe that they arrived so fast and I'm very pleased!

All good

All good, i have now ordered 4 pair of red wing boots through spartoo, All went smooth, delivery was a little longer than i am used to, but I did get a good discount.
I can see myself coming back for future purchases!
All in all a good experience.

Our Danish customer service is heavily understaffed at the moment and we are unfortunately obliged to close our phone service.

I am sorry for the delay in the handling of your returns. However, the refunds were activated Monday as explained in the answers to your questions on Monday and Wednesday.

The funds were transferred to your VISA card Monday afternoon. From thereon it can take 3-4 working days before the refunds are visible on your net bank.

here is my tracking number 94964375125SE. you have received my return parcell on 10th august. but you did not return my money to my account yet.

Your return parcel is not yet fully handled at our intermediate warehouse close to Malmø, but I have activated your refund.

It can take up to 4 bank days before the refund is visible on your online-bank.

Horrible!

Horrible service!
I’d paid for delivery at home for a pair of footwear, but it went to a package centre (stating an “attempted delivery”). I was at home all the time. There was NO attempt at delivering to my home address. As if this wasn’t enough, on collecting the parcel from a package centre, I find that the footwear is two sizes small! This is so much trouble for one purchase because Spartoo couldn’t bloody do its job right! Never buying anything from them.

Your parcel was shipped by UPS with home delivery. I am sorry that they had problems delivering to the address, and you had to retrieve it from a parcel shop.

Impressive

Impressive! My first order 😊 MORGAN GINKO BEIGE Trenchcoat just arrived this morning, 08.06.2021. ( supposed to be delivered from 08.06.- 10.08.), looks exactly as on pictures : material slightly shiny, white edges are even better than expected because they are easy fo clean due to imitation of leather material........

No customer service to speak of

No customer service to speak of. I wanted to change an order that should have been still cancellable/changeable, but there was no way to do that either by website or on the phone. Was on hold for customer service for half an hour with no answer.
The company also breaks the new European privacy law by requesting information on customers' gender and birthday upon purchase. They have no reason to collect this data, most likely they sell it to other compoanies. Stay away.

Ridiculously bad customer service

Bought a pair of shoes from them, and when I went to pick up the parcel, for some reason they'd sent me two parcels. As I was unable to see which one of them was my actual order, I had to take both of them with me, which was quite a hassle.

At home I opened the parcels and saw that one of them was for a random customer in China, which immediately made me think that the company has a very unsafe way of storing personal data. As the note was in Chinese I had very little info to pass on to Spartoo, but I wrote them an e-mail with as much info as I could find and ended up writing back and forth without them being able to find the customer, who was clearly missing his or her new shoes.

Eventually, I grew tired of the tedious process and asked them to just let me know when they'd be picking up the shoes - and I'd make sure to be home. Received numerous more e-mails about giving them additional info so they'd be able to send a return label, meaning they seriously expect me to fix their own mistake.

Even received a phone call from an employee saying that I could have just left one of the parcels at the pick-up spot - as if I'd somehow grown x-ray vision to determine which one was mine as both parcels had my name and address on them.

I cannot even begin to describe how completely amateurish this company conducts its 'customer service'. Using random women names for their customer service, seemingly to give off a more personalized vibe completely falls to the ground when you encounter this degree of incompetence.

horrible service

horrible service. I bought 3 pairs of shoes a year ago, but one of them started gapping from the sole. So I complained to Spartoo.dk that under the warranty they should either repair these or replace them. They said, because they were sold by a partner of theirs, they had nothing to do with it. And the partner's response was that the shoes were heavily used, so nothing there either. Fact is, the shoes were only used for 2-3 months and very modest tear - so just a quick excuse to avoid paying up for a poor quality shoe (was still ~700DKK, about 100 EUR). And I shouldnt whether spartoo sold it or a partner sold it on their site. Crap service, and I will not shop at spartoo again.
