I received my order everything was completely warm which I understood it was hot time of the year, but it was packed with plastic lunchbox ice packs, not dry ice like most of them come, I contacted them they told me they would send another one out next week, so I waited the next week but I never received the delivery. I contacted them again to find out about my order and that's when they stop responding to my emailsm, (all 6). So I tried calling. I always get the same guy he always tells me texting my order number and he'll take care of it I've tried this four times nothing's ever happened. Not only am I out $166, but I'm forced to waste my time calling and emailing and now complaining. Way to run your business

Most of the food I've ordered is good, but I am not comfortable continuing with them because they are dishonest. On their menu they've got stuffed shells with meat and there is no meat in the stuffed shells. I've ordered stuffed shells twice because I thought the first time maybe it was an employee mistake that there was no meat. But, the second time I ordered, same thing. Other than that, I have no issues with their food or service.
