Sparrow provides ample information for tenants, running thorough background checks on both tenants and landlords. As a potential tenant, it's reassuring to know that the landlord is not a scammer. Additionally, Sparrow goes beyond and investigates people's tastes, eating habits, desired house rules, and likes and dislikes, highlighting the compatibility between landlords and tenants. I believe this is as important as the price when looking for a home. Sparrow understands these factors well and effectively communicates them to its users.

The homepage UI is simple and clean, which is pleasing to the eye. I found it easy to communicate with the owner in real-time as Sparrow would email me whenever there was a direct message. The agent assigned to me by Sparrow was very friendly and considerate, especially considering my non-Canadian status. In the end, the contract was successful, and I was assured that I would be able to keep my room. I am highly satisfied with the range of services provided by Sparrow and would gladly recommend them to others.

Easy communication and fast in doing documents

The process was flawless. Staff members are very informative and helpful from the start to finish. Mobile user friendly websites. They prepared the lease agreement and both parties signed remotely. They arrange for an interview date I was matched according to my preference. I highly recommend this company

My experience Was great, got a great house within the first with and attempt. No stress.

I was asked to register after answering for an ad on rental.ca

After registering and ID verification (which is barely functionning depending on your browser) I was told I could not apply for the rental for some reasons.

The criterias are stupid and not flexible at all, plus there is no match for what I'm searching (I don't have pets, I'm not smoking, etc, but if you're ok with having guests in the appartement, you automatically get no matches)

Terrible time waisting app, this is useless and terribly done.
