So I ordered some from here for my wife for Mother’s Day !! On 5-2-25 and it’s going on 4 weeks now and still haven’t received my package!!!!! Please don’t order from here !!! Don’t recommend it God bless

Takes Forever, Poor Quality, and No Support Team

I ordered the Enchanted and Eternal Rose items. The date of purchase was 2/7/2025 with a delivery date between 2/11-2/14. The first package didn’t arrive until 2/28 and the second one finally arrived on 3/9.

The Rose was fine but the necklace is extremely cheap and fragile. The enchanted rose glass was completely shattered when I received it, and it’s marked as received in damaged condition by the USPS. I have emailed five different times about having my order refunded due to the ridiculous shipping delays. Every time I hit the same BS response about “we are expediting your shipping” and “we had delays.” If it was one or two days late, that’s one thing. We’re talking about a month after I place the order and 3 weeks after the promised delivery date. That is completely unacceptable. Add on top of that that the gift is completely shattered and useless, and I will never buy another product from them. I am going to report them as a fraudulent charge to my bank and hopefully get my money back. For the amount of money they cost, these gifts are absolute ripoffs.

Delays of that length are not acceptable, and we should have handled the communication much better instead of giving you repeated generic responses.

We’re also very sorry that one of the items arrived damaged. Receiving a shattered piece, especially when it’s marked as damaged by USPS, completely defeats the purpose of the gift. That’s not what we want anyone to experience, and we understand why this left you feeling like your money was wasted.

Went to the wrong address and they used…

Went to the wrong address and they used the picture of the wrong address to say I received even though I didn't. I paid for the insured delivery and they refused to give me refund

Skip this company

I received two packages that were ordered on Jan 28 and arrived March 3. The enchanted rose glass was shattered. The bear was crushed and roses were falling off with minimal handling. This is cheap material and the shipping times are unreasonable

Terrible Shipping Experience

I placed my order on 30 January with a one to two week expected delivery time, but I'm now six weeks in and it still hasn't been delivered. This was supposed to be a St. Valentine's Day gift, and we're now approaching St. Patrick's Day. I won't do business with this company again. Here's the timeline:

30 Jan - Placed Order
10 Feb - Order processed by the company
10 Feb - Arrived at Origin Facility
10 Feb - Departed sort facility
11 Feb - Shipment measured and boxed
11 Feb - Shipment sent to next facility
13 Feb - Shipment departed warehouse
14 Feb - Flight departure to SZ airport
14 Feb - Shipment arrived at Los Angeles
15 Feb - Shipment pass through Customs
15 Feb - 5 March - Shipment passed around various Los Angeles facilities
5 March - Shipment sent to Seattle Distribution Center

Either embarassingly slow or a complete scam

Shipping time was listed as 1-2 weeks. I ordered on January 30th and as of 3/4 I still do not have my order. No updates from the seller. Complete cop out of a response from their service team when contacted. "Shipping lines are saturated." No... they're actually fine and you just haven't shipped the item yet. Items are 100% China imports, if they even exist. Do not place an order with this company, just go buy a real flower for the same money. Not worth the headache.

As so many have stated thought was buying from a US company, ordered on the 7th of Feb. It is now the 28th and still no package, still wont give me tracking information and was nothing but a pain to get a refund. This place is a joke that will not respond nor refund your money. Go somewhere else.

Horrible company and don’t respond to your emails! I ordered items for Valentine’s they tried to deliver to my place past the cut off and never tried to redeliver the items or give me a refund. I had to buy other items just in time for valentines day from elsewhere and they customer service is trash save yourself a headache trust me and they don’t even have a customer service number!

Horrible customer service

Ordered this product on 2/1 for Valentine's Day. Even paid $9.99 for express shipping which advertised 3-6 days. It is now 2/26 and the item still hasn't arrived. I asked to be refunded for the money I paid for the express shipping and instead they offer me 20% off a future order (the shipping email already has this coupon) I will never order from them again.

This was the most disgusting experience…

This was the most disgusting experience I have ever encountered. I ordered my rose bear to be at my door between the 6th and 12th and not only did it not come for Valentine’s Day it has not come until this day and they have not refunded me yet as I have asked. Every time I send them an email they respond with something like it is almost here or it should be at your house. The most untrustworthy website I have ever used.

Happy with unique gifts.

I bought 2 items that came separately.

The first item was received and my wife was very happy with it.

The second item came later. However, the case was cracked. I reached out to the company and they promptly sent a replacement case. I received the replacement case intact.

Happy with both purchases.

I ordered a bear and 2 sparkly roses in…

I ordered a bear and 2 sparkly roses in good faith but very disappointed. It says at the very bottom of sparkly roses home page (made with ❤️in California) not true my items are made in china and shipped from china. Items were placed in a labeled bag and shipped. Looks like the packaging was in a boxing ring with a pro boxer . One of the roses is broken and the glass scored . To add to the pain of it all I placed my order on 1-15-25 so it would be here for valentine’s, the bear arrived in time the roses did not. I messaged sparkly roses when bear arrived and they said roses were on the way , they came in the week after Valentine’s Day . Very disappointed in this outfit .

Eternal Rose Bear W/ Engraved Necklace

I got the bear one after about a month of waiting and for some stupid reason I got two. They engraved different names on the necklace and didn’t even give one for the second bear. So pissed off as this gift turned out to be a late gift for Valentine’s Day and it’s a massive fail. I highly recommend not buying something off of this company as it’s a massive scam.

Terrible customer service terrible response time when asked for tracking information for multiple different occurrences they refuse to give me that information and just tell me my product is in transit it's already 15 days late and I can get zero updates and apparently I'm unable to ask for a refund also absolute joke of a company

Just buy real flowers

Ordered 8 days before Valentine’s Day, site said to expect 5-8 days shipping. Waited almost 2 weeks… Spent $50 on a bouquet of roses which came unassembled with glitter exploding out of the bag, thought someone sent me a damn glitter bomb.
I’ll never use again, waste of time and money.

I paid for expediting shipping and the items are still in China; weird seeing from a company that states the items are “made in California”. This is obviously a Chino scam website and now I’m worried about my debit card being stolen. I don’t know when the package will actually arrive and like so many others stated DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
