Nice service

I'm giving Spark Host 5 stars because of their domain name service whereas The service of NIXI has not been upto the mark as their down time is quite high and they are slow in providing solutions .

A few days ago, my website went down, and after contacting the support team, I was informed that my domain had expired and needed to be renewed. I explained that I had already renewed the domain last month. Upon further investigation, they confirmed that the payment had been processed, but the domain was not renewed due to an issue on their end. As a result, my website was down for two days due to this poor service.

Customer since last 2 Years and Its Streamline, Going swift with my Technical Requirements.

Issue Resolved! My Domain was assigned to someone else.

I had registered for a domain and that is now assigned to someone else, such carelessness ,Its been more than a month that i have registered and still i am facing issues is someone at sparkhost responsible enough to take up my case a solve it.

Thanks to team at Spark host my issue is resolved and i have the domain i applied for.

I did not receive my domain nor a satisfactory process guidance.

Really Great experience with SparkHost. They are great in help every time when I raise a query they give me answer in less than minutes.
It means they maintain punctuation and also have a good way to explain our query. Please keep it up.
