The AHPI7292S is the world's first WiFi HaLow™ Raspberry Pi™ HAT module from Alfa Network. Similar to LoRa, WiFi HaLow is a new designation from the WiFi Alliance for 802.11ah technology which operates in the sub-gigahertz range. This brings a more IoT friendly long-range and Low-power technology to WiFi style communication. The AHPI7292S brings this wireless technology to the Raspberry Pi form factor with a HAT that works with Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4 line. It supports both standalone and host based modes with up to 15Mbps throughput. An included SDK makes for a excellent getting started experience. Antenna sold separately. Please check out the related products for our antenna choice for this. This version of the board has the SMA connector and not the U.FL connector.

Bought this thinking it would have decent support considering that they made a whole new setup guide for the RPI4, but it seems like no matter what I do, I cannot get these to function. Setup info in guides are out of date and no longer work for either the PI3 or PI4 (Tried on both). Even tried to use their own supplied image to flash to the SD card and still no luck. Was hoping to have these working by now to transmit GPS RTK data but may have to find a different solution with how its going.
