I’m writing with some disappointment, as my daughter has greatly enjoyed her first 40 math classes. Teachers are nice and syllabus is fun. The scheduling has been a constant nightmare with classes not where we wanted them, or they forget to schedule. But the fun of the classes made up for this pain.

However trouble started a month ago when our current package was over and they charged my credit card a renewal without me even agreeing to renew. I had this charge reversed by my credit card company.

However after some discussion, I agreed to sign up again for a second term. And it feels like a scam. After signing up I am told there is no ability to choose timing of classes anymore. Her previous class which was in a Sunday has been changed to a Thursday with no prior notice before making payment, and no ability to change.

I was not advised of this change when I re-enrolled, and today, when we tried to join her usual Sunday class, we were told she unfortunately could not attend.

We recently started our journey with Spark Education, and it has been a transformative experience. My daughter has attended two sessions so far, and the change in her approach to learn math is remarkable. The printed materials provided are a fantastic resource, allowing us to seamlessly integrate practice into our daily routine, ensuring that learning doesn’t have to stop when the online class does. The flexibility to practice on our own time has been invaluable.

Spark Education’s engaging methods and supportive environment have ignited a newfound enthusiasm for math in my daughter. We eagerly anticipate her progress with each session. Highly recommended!

I have seen great improvement in my girl’s Math after signing up with Spark!

My son has taken Maths course for 2 months only and I can see him building up more confidence for speaking up in class. He is always looking forward to Teacher Raven’s class because she makes it fun. The course provides us exercises so I know if my son understands it or any topic he needs more attention. Also there is a constant feedback from the teacher so we know his progress along the way.

My daughter has been studying mathematics at Vispark for nearly a year now. She enthusiastically engages in her studies and finds joy in the world of math every day. Not only does she enjoy learning, but she also relishes the entire process. Especially memorable for her is the charismatic teacher, CHRISTINA, who is dedicated and adept at guiding children to explore deeply in an engaging manner, infusing learning with vibrancy. Furthermore, I'd like to emphasize Vispark's excellence, as it not only provides a wealth of mathematical knowledge but also fosters a positive learning environment. Here, my daughter has not only gained knowledge but also developed confidence and an adventurous spirit. Vispark truly serves as a haven for children to pursue knowledge, and we're grateful to both this platform and CHRISTINA for affording our child such a wonderful learning experience.

Sparkmaths is absolutely remarkable - quality service, efficient management and the most beautiful, friendly teachers instilling competence and confidence in little minds. Cannot reccommend them enough.

My daughter has been with vispark for 6 months . I would like to thank Ms Christina and Ms Lena for the caring and attentiveness that has rendered to my girl during her lesson . She always enjoy her Math lesson during the class.

We attended the trial class last week, the class is so engaging and my girl enjoyed throughout the lesson. It is a fun learning lesson with games and the animation is cute as well.

The teachers are extremely enthusiastic and passionate and ensure they connect with students. Legolas also enjoys the interaction between familiar faces in the classroom. It helps keep him attentive during lesson time. The interactive way of learning give a very fun experience for Legolas to learn and love Math!

Did a workshop with the team and soap ministry. The VISPARK staff were friendly and passionate about their work, making my child and myself feel very welcomed.

My son have been with vispark for nearly a year. I would like to thank teacher kim for her patience! He had so much fun in class and most importantly, great knowledge in terms of maths!

Didn’t expect Emma to enjoyed the trial class with @vispark.sg so much with teacher Litty. 👩🏻‍🏫 She had a very interactive & stress free session of Maths! Loving how @visparklearning use diagrams & bar graphs following MOE syllabus so that it aligned with what she is learning in class. It is important to capture a child’s interests & happiness in learning!

The program that we attended trial on is highly interactive & colourful to attract Emma’s attention & holds her attention as well. 🤹🏻‍♀️ Really recommended also for little ones with short attending span as well!

Highly interactive for my girl! She's really attentive throughout her lesson as it's fun and engaging with teacher that teaches foundational Math and problem- solving skills.

Multiplications have been overwhelming for Elena. After attending The Spark Math programme, VISPARK makes it easier for her. She was introduced to an easier way to solve multiplication questions which helps her a lot in her recent school examination.

Teacher Kim made the lesson so fun & interactive. She will be rewarded with stars when each question is answered correctly! 🌟

Fun learning experience with interesting interactive online learning. My son had a great time attending the classes. Small class size which allows all children’s participation.

Jenell is approaching upper Primary soon so I arranged for her to attend her first online Spark Math class with @vispark.sg & it’s so fun + interactive ❣️

Lesson conducted not Zoom, but their in-house EdTech platform built from scratch by their Engineers for Teaching and Learning – highly interactive features for both students and teachers, keeps students engaged, attentive with high participation during lessons; teachers are able to effective manage the live lesson as they have the classroom management tools to do so 👍🏻

My daughter loves this course so much. The course content is very interesting and helpful, and the teacher is very patient and passionate. In the online classroom, my daughter talked with her teacher, discussed lots of questions, and played with cartoon characters. She has learned this course for one and a half month, and some times invited her friends to learn together.

I heard Spark Math from my Singapore friend. After the trial lesson, my 9 year old daughter herself asked to sign up. She says the lesson is interesting with the interactive games and adorable cartoon characters. The teacher is very patient to help her and classmates when they have questions. She has been taking this class for 5 months. She even sets her own alarm to make sure she can join the class on time. I never saw her so motivated by any online classes like this. I think we will continue with it for a long time.

Eric loves this course very much! I have never seen that he was so concentrated in interacting with teacher during a class. It was really amazing~ I noticed that this course is planted with some plot animation, the monkey and rabbit roles in it are so cute, I guess that is part of what Eric loves. The teacher is very nice, keeps caring Eric, and Eric also often raced to be the first to answer questions. Very immersive experience, I give this course an excellent rating, strongly recommend!
