I had a great response from Miguel. The issue was quickly resolved and I was able to get my server running for all involved. I appreciate the help so much, and Miguel has great professionalism, and knowledge.

I've had nothing but good experiences when it comes to there services and support. Esteban M. has been very helpful when responding and servicing any issues I have. I've never once got an impression that he was tired of me asking questions(I ask a lot) now or even in the past and continued to give amazing support/ help.

AMAZING! My bot wasn't turning on even after rechecking multiple times that nothing was wrong and my only option was to open a support ticket. I expected to have to wait multiple hours or even days for a response. To my surprise, an amazing Support agent named Walson answered my ticket within A MINUTE. That's hard to see nowadays from other businesses, actual active support. Walson fought hard to find a solution to my problem and eventually found it! I was saved. This was my first experience attempting to figure out Sparked Host in order to host my own discord bot. I'm extremely pleased with how helpful and kind Ali was. Will be using the chat feature again for assistance, and am looking forward to learning how to use the Sparked Host platform.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing Ali has been throughout my support experience. From the very beginning, Ali was incredibly patient, kind, and quick to respond. I had a few issues with my Minecraft server, it got stuck reinstalling for hours, then wouldn’t start, and later showed some transfer messages.

Ali handled everything with professionalism and care. He/She not only fixed the issues quickly but also explained what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he stayed friendly and positive the entire time, which really made a difference.
