Took my money, did not send my item, did not respond to my messages. Scam.

This website is a scam.
I purchased an item early may. Never arrived and they claim to have sent it. As per all the other reviews it seems this company take pleasure in conning people.
I’ve taken the time to report them to the bank and action fraud hopefully these toads will get their comeuppance.

Same as the review below. Ordered part over 2 weeks ago with no delivery still, told that it’s been delivered when it has not been. Taken my money, not replying to emails. Absolutely horrendous they should not be able to trade in any way.

I made the big mistake of ordering from this company as it was the cheapest price for the item I needed. Item has not been received 16 days days since ordering, have emailed several times and received one response to which I was told that my item was showing as delivered despite not receiving any dispatch or tracking info. Needless to say they haven't responded to my request for a refund. Also Phone number doesn't work says phone is turned off. Joke of a company, will be contacting trading standards to get my £50 back.

Scam, don't order from the website. They don't process orders and don't reply emails. If you want to avoid disappointment, order from other raliable websites

I suspect this company is a fraud, as I ordered a part on April 30th and have received nothing. One email did get a generic response, but since then no response

Almost a month and I didn’t received my Dyson battery replacement. I also emailed them but still haven’t received a reply and the phone number doesn’t work

Terrible service. Ordered a product in March and despite numerous assurances it has never been received. I requested a refund and have been ignored. I’m questioning whether this is a genuine business or not

I've ordered a couple of items from here, the Dyson parts are genuine and are both working perfectly, the prices are very competitive, the reason for the 4 stars is the customer service could be better, my second item was delayed for delivery and was received 15 working days after I received confirmation of dispatch. I called them and nobody picked up the calls, sent emails and had no response, eventually the package showed up. This is a genuine business providing quality parts at a competitive price, they just need to work on their customer service communication when things go a little bit wrong.

Item finally turned up, customer service no, mobile phone no, turned off, email support eventually.
but did save £35 on the Dyson product. would I buy again from them, probably yes, if I was going to save 45% again. And its a genuine Dyson product

Wish I had read the reviews first - ordered a part beginning May and still not received it or any reply to my emails. How do these people sleep at night?

Terrible customers service, or should I say none existent. The owner of this company needs to find another job as dealing with customers isn’t his/her thing. The phone on the website is constantly turned off and emails aren’t EVER responded to apart from some unhelpful automated email response from a person called Ryan Burton. GET ANOTHER JOB Mr. Burton as you’re clearly incapable of running a business like this. I have canceled the payment with my bank…banks eventually blackball companies they have to pay refunds for so you soon won’t be able to operate if you carry on like this. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY and certainly notify your bank/credit card company as payment is taken straight away… the only thing SparesHub.co.uk are proactive about.

Don’t buy anything from this place. I’ve waited weeks for a battery with no response to emails and contact number is a mobile which is switched off.

Do not order with this company, not received my order dated 09 May. No received communication after chasing order

UPDATE - After 4 weeks of no comms, the item I ordered turned up today! Still a pretty poor experience but maybe not all that bad after all ;)

Original review - PLEASE HEED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I wish I had. Order placed, confirmation received, then nothing, emailed multiple times (no reply), called the mobile number - switched off. I have had to contact my bank to start a refund process. Others have suggested this is not a genuine site and I agree, highly likely that the positive reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Saved like £16 ordering from here very happy:))

Took a little longer then expected but good item nevertheless. In perfect condition and looks genuine. Havent got a chance to use it yet but will update my review once i do.
