Ordered parts. Spoke to a salesman who informed me that I couldn't just order the parts I needed so had to purchase parts I didn't need. (Came to nearly £50) Specifically asked for numbered parts, as they were the parts I needed. Didn't receive either. Rang again, explained, was sent part as a matter of goodwill. Wrong part sent. When right part received, still had holding clip washer missing, which I had originally asked for. When I rang, was told I had to purchase this item (£1.99). Complete shambles. Will not use again. Very disappointed.

I needed a hard-to-find part for a strimmer. After hours of searching, I found what I was looking for on the Spare Parts World website.

The website showed "Estimated delivery in 5-7 days". I placed the order in mid-June and after numerous chasing I received it on 16th July 2025, over a month later!

So why am I giving this a 5 Star review?

Because, whenever I chased the delivery, I received an immediate response, clearly explaining the delay and what action was being taken to obtain the part. The customer support was excellent and, in fact, the part arrived ahead of schedule.

No AI generated replies, just a human doing a first class job. Well done.

Good communication, had and also got in what I needed to get my old Hitachi up and running again thanks.

recently ordered a clutch drum from them for my petrol Makita saw, which arrived today in great condition, perfectly packaged, and overall pleased with the delivery times, and how the website shows whether the parts are in stock or not. I also had another order with them a few days after that purchase of the clutch drum and they were quick to notify me of some parts that are no longer manufactured, and the best ways forward. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with them and they package their items nicely too. Great team

I was trying to source a Dremel 8220 PCB which manufacturing ceased for several years ago and nowhere else in stock. This seller sold the part for a reasonable price and it arrived next working day on standard delivery. Very happy and would use again.

Really good communication. There was a delay which was beyond their control. I received an explanation by email and a follow up invoice when the parts were ready to be dispatched. The issue was recorded 31st Jan 2025. Patience is a virtue.

very fast delivery

Very disappointed with the way in which my items were packed and delivered. I ordered a replacement angle plate for a mitre saw which cost over £50. Despite this item being only about 3mm thick and quite flexible it was sent in just an envelope with no rigid packing to protect it. As a result the item was arrived bent. In addition it was half hanging out of the envelope as the sharp edges had cut through the envelope!
Would think twice about using again.

Ordered brush covers for my Dremel 4000. Arrived promptly. Fit perfectly as they are geniune parts. A few bad reviews on here so was sceptical. But can't complain. Great service. Thanks.

Part shows in stock but then after 2 weeks when I’ve asked where is my part ,I’m getting answer that they not in stock and I need to wait another 2 weeks….
