Please do not spend your hard earned money with these rip-off merchants, the people who run this business should be ashamed of their self, and if you was one of my family members or son or daughter, I’d be disgusted with you, shame on you ripping off the general public!

Utter rubbish 😢 Emotional Support Advent Calendar

I bought an Emotional Support Advent Calendar and it is absolute rubbish. It implies that there are crocheted characters, but it is in fact tiny plastic characters and the writing on them is so small you can't read it even with a magnifying glass. I would not recommend ever buying anything from this company.

Total scam

Total scam - bought an advent calendar supposed to be crochet characters, just horrible little flat plastic pictures of them inside instead. No option for return - so I've lost £30. Avoid this company like the plague.

What a scam

What a scam. Bought an emotional support advent calendar expecting little crochet characters with actual little positivity messages. To be fair, the description did not specify that is what you got, it was vague. I did wonder if I might just get one crochet character and 24 little card messages. Not even that..inside are 24 pathetic hard plastic laminated pictures of crocheted characters, most with writing so small it is impossible to read and some with writing that is just about legible but in some non language!
Funnily enough, this is no longer for sale on their website.

Beware! False advertising. What you see is not what you get!

I ordered 2 emotional support advent calendars of the little knitted kind.

It arrived with small flat plastic pictures of the knitted animals and creatures. False advertising.

I'm now in the process of trying to get a refund but they're delaying and taking days between emails.

Not answering the questions or sending me the returns details.

Do not trust this seller!
Update: seller responds to my refund request by offering a 30% discount code, then asking for photos of unopened goods (already sent) asking the same questions and trying to put me off by explaining I'm liable for return postage and shipping to China.

Side note: The last time I tried to return goods to China, I got them returned to me months later.
