Easy shopping, fast shipment, very good quality of products. Overall, a smooth experience.

Out of 5 items ordered online, only 2 were delivered. When asked for an update, they replied that all the items were completely out of stock. I can understand if a mistake happens with 1 item not being available, but not with 3.
I was able to place the order online and had no notice about anything being out of stock, then the order was also confirmed via email and again no one noticed me about not having vailability. I only found out that 3 out of 5 items ordered were not delivered after delivery was completed!
Also, surprisingly all of the missing items had quite an important discount....as if they wanted to hook on buyers with big discounts and then "forget" to let them know that they aren't available.
I find this behaviour really ridiculous, disrespectful and not professional...

I go to Milan once a year and head for Spada to buy a few suits/ jackets. The cut of their jackets fit me very well. Staff are super helpful . The quality of the materials used is very good. I spend over €1000 and always get a small discount. One year they have me a couple of ties!!!

Worst experience ever.

- The delivery time was 9 days.
- They don’t respond to their customer service.
- I usually wear size 44, ordered size 42, and they were still too big (they don't recommend sizing down).
- They say my refund is over 15 days old because they include the 9-day delivery time.

etc. etc. etc.

Repurchase necessary.
Prices explode after purchase of sales products.

Good quality products with good raw materials. It's not a well-known or widely advertised brand, but I've bought several items of clothing from it and have always been happy with it.

I ordered a green jacket (bomber in tessuto), and I received a blue one. It's just not professionnal....

I ordered two wool cashmere zip jumpers. Within wearing them twice the wool was started to come off the jumpers. The stitiching on the cuff of ome of the jumpers split while while putting it. The quality of garments is poor. I have sent several emails to their customer service and no response.

I bought the wrong size and to send it back for a refund it would cost over $300.oo

The ordered parts do not match what you ordered. It can be ordered on the site, but is not delivered. Very bad service, even customer service does not respond when you report it.

Wrong size for two items and one item missing.. not a nice surprise knowing that I had to take a day off to receive this shipment to my place in Paris..
Excellent client service who helped me fix the issue and I ended up ordering again and got everything spotless :) thank you!

I had an issue with a shipment and their customer service was very Quick to fix the problem.

Very quick service and delivery just to sad that we hade to pay fedex for the customer (would be much better if you charge it already on the price of the order or make a BIG note on the order)
