DEBITING MONEY FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCOUNT

Went to their website signed up for 7 day trial requested via email support to cancel my trial as 7 days was not long enough to explore the product and service Also submitted numerous "request to submit a ticket" form. They deducted $60 from my account and ignored my cancellation requests (APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FORM SUBMITS NOR EMAIL CANCELLATIONS)- you cannot cancel online through their back end unless you have agreed to one of their products or services. As I was in a trial no product or service was specified so could not log in to account section of my account to cancel my account. They now claim I owe $180 and will not remove credit card details until they have debited my account for the full $180 even though I am not using any of there products or services CONSUMER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY GRABBING FRAUDSTERS
