It's a fraudulent site

It's a fraudulent site, be careful, I bought a VPS server last night, they still haven't delivered it for 24 hours, it shows as pending, I can't log in at all, I send an e-mail to the server, no response, I wrote on Telegram and WhatsApp, still no response, I opened a ticket, they didn't even look, anyone with sense should stay away from this site, 15€ wasted, if you want to be disgraced with your money. you can get service. Mediocre site, totally regret it

Terrible Service. Do Avoid!

They delivered a machine late and much slower than agreed upon in the chat. When we asked for it to be replaced or for a refund, they ignored several messages. Their final message stated they would look into it but refused to issue a refund. After waiting a few more days without any updates, We had to provide my bank with proof and initiate a chargeback. This was the worst service We’ve ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs!

My experience of Space Hosting

I have been buying VPS's/RDP's from spacehosting for a long time now, I hadn't ran into any issues and all of the servers are top notch, every single question I had was instantly met with a great response. Also customer support is very very good. I recommend you buy their services.

Garbage, please avoid. Servers might be as well hosted in space.

I tried their VPS for the past 5 months. The VPS has gone offline countless times with few minutes here and there.

However the biggest problem is that the VPS has been down for several hours 4 times(!) in a span of 5 months, totaling near 60(!) hours of downtime, longest being nearly 30 straight hours on a weekend.

The support just pushes some copy&paste garbage as a reply when you try to contact them and ask what is going on.

Avoid at all costs.

Awful service!!!

Awful service. Got dedicated sever that would shut down and reset. Was not able to log in for a week interrupting business. They didn’t give any explain why this was happening and charged me extra 20€ to reinstall and basically got the same issue. Very slow response time 1-3 days fr multiple people and no one really is working your case or help you resolve anything. Basically blamed me when other server like Hyonix works perfectly fine. Stay away from them save your time, money and frustrations please!

COMPANY STRIVING FOR IMPROVE

I currently have 78 servers with Space-hosting. The beginning of our partnership was quite turbulent, with servers stopping, being suspended, and going offline. But I see an improvement in their work, and there is a clear effort to deliver a quality service. At the moment, all servers are online, and they are all working perfectly.

AVOID - awful service.

I ordered a dedicated server around 10-11 days, it was live 2 days later.
After about 3 hours of use it went down. I've been back and forth with the technical team who kept telling me to try again for over a week, before they activated KVM, where there was just a black screen.

They finally physically rebooted it today and I was able to access without any issue, until it went down again 1-2 hours later.

I've actually been requesting a refund several times in the messages with the technical team, its just been dismissed. I've now made a request to cancel the service and asked for a full refund, if they send me a refund, I'll probably remove this review, but it is an honest review of my experience.

I was hoping everything would be good, it wasn't the case.
I've used other VPS services in the past but never had these kind of issues, I went with Space Hosting this time as I was looking for something a with higher spec CPU.

Update, Space Hostings last response after several messages back and forth:
"As we mentioned in our last message, even though you have an unmanaged subscription where you are responsible for any OS configurations, Space Hosting has conducted checks and discovered that your server is going offline because the automatic shutdown feature has been enabled within your OS by you or the software you installed.

You have left a 1-star review and criticized us, but this issue is due to a misconfiguration on your end, and we are unable to fix it without access to your password. Additionally, requesting a refund in this circumstance does not comply with Space Hosting's policies."

I'd been running exactly the same setup on a digital ocean vps for a year without any issues. I haven't configured an 'automatic shutdown' feature. They'd previously asked for my password so they could try and diagnose the problem - I don't wish to give them my password. Now they're saying they've diagnosed it and its my fault.
Also seeing other people with similar issues in the reviews here and in their discord.

Avoid these scammers.

The biggest mistake of my life so far…

The biggest mistake of my life so far is that I bought a dedicated server with a 2 year plan from space-hosting.net !

I search on google INTEL-i9-13900K i find space-hosting.net I chek this 2 year plan is €2.205,60 + Setup Fee €58,75 EUR So i ordered this server on 21/06/2024

After ordering the server i booked a ticket for the same day for discount and then.

I talked to their seller on online chat and asked in how many days do you deliver the server, he said in 24 hours to 3 days Then I asked if I buy a servar for 2 years, in how many days will I get it? He said if you buy it for 2 years, then you will get it immediately within some time.

So, I had booked a ticket earlier for the discount. Closed it and made the full payment €2266.35 EUR on 21/06/2024

After payment I wait few hours but no any Servar recived me!

After 1 day, I again talked on live chat, then he said that it will take some time due to stop holiday, then after 3 days I gave the IP of the server, after 7 to 8 days the server was given (Servar active data 29/06/2024)

After getting the server, I noticed that there is no option of reboot, restart, OS reinstall in their hosting panel.Then I tested the rdp server and it was not taking load more than 85% cpu as per the limit they had set Then I created 1 more support ticket and I had to upgrade the CPU because it was running very slow so I write for upgrade AMD-RYZ-9-7950X3D .

After creating the ticket, I received a reply within 14 to 24 hours that we have created an invoice in your account, just pay it and we will upgrade it. (Upgrade invoice I pay 3/07/2024)

It's changed to upgrade

After the payment was done, I waited for 3 days but they still haven't upgraded it.

Then another issue comes up when I connected the rdp server it was not connecting maybe the server was down and it needed a reboot restart to bring it online again which is not working for us from space-hosting.net They do not provide the option of reboot and restart in their panel. Those who provide free server also provide this option but even after paying 2300€, it is not available in space-hosting.net

Then I created a support ticket to reboot the server and got a reply after 4-5 hours that if you want to restart or reboot the server then you will have to buy a KVM plan. This was their new scam.Maybe they have stroked the server themselves so that I have to buy a KVM plan

The support is terrible

The support is terrible, I've bought a dedicated server on their website, few days after that server just got unavailable, I've contacted support and they promised to restart the server in 1-4 hours period and if that wouldn't help they'd give me a KVM access in 1-2 business days. That alone is kind of nonsense, but ok, they charge you 80 euros extra if you want 24/7 access via KVM, so I guess they're making it as painful as possible. After at least 3-4 business days have passed and a weekend they've told me I'm 4th in queue, next day they told me I'm #1 in queue, day after that I asked if I'd ever get a KVM access, on which they sayd they'll make sure to give it to me in the upcoming business hours... two days have passed since that, and they've stopped responding.
My friend recommended me the service, but I guess he never had a problem and never had to contact support, he's getting his part of hate, but still I got scammed for 210 euros and nonworking server.
Definitely can't recommend this hosting.

Very bad services provided by "Spacehosting"…

The services provided by "Spacehosting" are completely unsatisfactory. Their IT support is practically non-existent. They take an incredibly long time, sometimes over 12 hours, to respond to emails, and their WhatsApp support is no better. For a company that claims to offer IT services, their response time is absolutely unacceptable.

Overall, their services are highly unreliable, and they lack the professionalism needed in the IT industry. I would never recommend using "Spacehosting" to anyone looking for dependable support. Their total service experience is very poor, and I strongly suggest looking for better options elsewhere.

Great DDoS Security. Terrible Support

Honestly, this service seems great from the beginning. Sales staff (Stephan) is a lovely person to speak and deal with. Unfortunately their support are not the same. They absurdly charge for extra services, one of which has now been removed; after I made a huge stink about it (Windows Reinstallation).

I referred a customer and there was a little mishap with that system. Speaking to Support about this was confusing and a bit of a run around. 9 days and 20 EUR to reinstall Windows, after all that, my client left and went to another company.

The one thing they do have is great security in place. Their DDoS protection is of the highest level. On the other hand, It is a shame the support team don't know how to utilize the full potential of their website and features. A lot of stuff does not work. 1 of these is adding funds to your account. I asked about this and they didn't say much about it, then they got confused with their own messages because they have multiple staff members attending to tickets. The ticket confusion didn't happen once or twice, it was 3 times. I brought this up and they didn't say a word. To me, that support is not great at all.

In 6 years of being with my previous provider, (CaVPS Host) I've never been asked to pay extra for anything (unless I want a hardware upgrade). I had 2 VPS Windows re-installations in those 6 years and 1 Server upgrade (VPS to dedicated). The installations cost me only 1 hour of my time waiting for support to complete the installation. The dedicated server was setup instantly upon request, and delivered within the day. No money was asked in return.

But that is not all, KVM and a few other features here also require payment where other companies provide for free. CaVPS Host, do not have stupid KVM because they manage their own servers. you want an upgrade or re-installation? send the ticket, they will do it instantly.

Overall, Space Hosting has great potential, but the support is beyond terrible. Until they start focusing on improving their support and their extra services, I would go elsewhere.
CaVPS Host Pricing is very similar to Space hosting, they have Data Centres not just in Canada and US, but also Europe, Asia, India and many other locations. And most important, their DDoS protection is the same as Space Hosting; the highest security available. And they know how to use all their features and services correctly

Lies everywhere

I fell into the trap of this "service" on September 8, 2024. I ordered a dedicated server on Intel-13900k. The most expensive option presented in the catalog of dedicated servers, at the same time the cheapest relative to other providers. But believe me - you do not want THIS cheapness.

The server was prepared in 4 days. Support promised that at the time of installation - my payment date would be updated in accordance with the installation date, i.e. it should have changed from the 8th, when I paid for the server, to the 12th, this did not happen. Spoiler: this never happened.

When I started setting up a dedicated server, I discovered that for some reason, the processor clock frequency does not rise above 3 GHz, and under load it drops to 2.5 GHz. It is impossible to use the system.
I wrote to support, where after 2 days I received a response - that they set a limitation on the system due to "problems with the 13,14 generation of Intel". This was not indicated anywhere on their website, the server description clearly indicated a clock frequency of 5.8 GHz. This is already the second and, in my opinion, extremely critical place where they lied.

Having learned about this, I asked for a refund or a replacement for an AMD 7950x3d processor. This is a separate epic - at first they proved to me that a refund is impossible because this is spelled out in their agreement, referring to EU directives (2011/83 / EU). (The first time I worked with the service, I had to study the EU directives). After I studied and referred to Directive 2019/770, Article 14 p.3, they said that they were dealing with my problem. How exactly they are dealing with it is not clear, whether they agreed to replace the equipment is also unclear. I have not received any feedback for the entire time I have been using the service. When I tried to clarify what was happening now, I received either default replies or messages like "we are trying to understand if the current motherboard is compatible with AMD" (PRIME B760M-A WIFI D) ???

After more than a week - they finally replaced my equipment. When I asked to set the correct payment date, in accordance with the date when I was provided with working equipment - they replied that it was a "gesture of goodwill" on their part and they would not update the date, after a couple of messages they agreed to set the date for the 12th. To be honest, I was already exhausted from interacting with them and agreed.

The finale was when I logged in on October 10th, returning from vacation and saw that my server was "STOP". It turned out that they never updated the payment date and it remained the 8th, the server was not paid for on the 8th and was stopped. I immediately paid the bill and went to write to support asking to restore access to the server along with the data. After 2 days (!!!) I was told that the funds were returned to my account in the form of "credits" and I can spend them on space hosting services. Thanks for the credits... Of course, I asked for a normal refund, but I don't know yet if I will be able to get my money back.

Total:
1. Lies in the public offer, they underestimate the performance of the system without notice.
2. Terrible interaction with support, the response takes several days, no adequate information is provided, they do something, or maybe not - you will never know about it.
3. In fact, they simply steal your money, provide poor quality service - it is impossible to achieve anything.
4. They do not even keep the promises that they declare themselves.
5. I strongly do not recommend using this service, even despite the low prices. You will spend a lot of nerves and will not get adequate services for your money.

My experience with them has been very frustrating.

My experience with them has been horrible, I lost nearly two months of time with them and some money also because of their hossible VPS server.

First: I bought VPS server, it said payment didn't go through, so I bought again and realised I had bought twice. I wrote emails but they they ignored and replied me very slow talk, horrible customer service but no refund. But still after complaining about it they still charge me automatically for both of server. I was pissed and wrote a 1 star review then automatically someone messaged me on watsapp, refunded me the monthy charged money, kept asking me to delete my review and how it was my own fault, not theirs. He also offered some discount to not loose a customer. I forgot all the past and gave them a chance as I also needed VPS and I was all set up with them as it takes time to set up everything again. I wrote about upgrading to more VPS, they just gave me a new one instead of upgrading with an invoice with some discount though which was nice of them, found out it was totally a new VPS server, so I had to re do everything again on that for days to set it all up. Even after upgrading the VPS server was slow, it was hanging and deleting some of the programs itself, I was losing money because of that. I wrote them but task manager showed all fine. They had given me VPS with different setting than the first one but again the fault was given to me as I don't know what kind of VPS I want even though I kept telling them that I don't know much about VPS and I want to run MT5. No help given but I was just left alone.

Lastly: a week ago, I bought a new VPS server with other company, was waiting on it to get delivered and thought I should cancel the automatic payment before they charge me again for next month. Next morning I could not log in anymore, I wrote them. Didn't hear from them all day but in the evening I got a reply saying it is working but it was not. Wrote again, a day later got a reply saying I deleted my account. Wrote again saying please re activate it and a day or two later they said done. They gave me again a new VPS, was am I suppose to do now? And when I told them how bad they have been, he says, what's the issue your server is working by referring to the new VPS they provided.

So frustrating.

It's like talking to a wall, they don't care what you are saying or what you want or they don't understand. Customer service is slow and not understanding. Their service is not professional. They have to understand people's work and time.
When you buy a VPS with them, you luckly if it works fine if not you will suffer, you will lose time and money with them. So buy at your won risk. Good luck
