I had a good experience with them. I bought large handbags. The leather was creamy soft, the bags sturdy. I did have to return a couple of items bought for a friend. There were no problems with that.
I have ordered from Sovaleather in the past without any issues and was happy with my purchases. This time, I received my order with one item missing. I called the company a week ago and left a voice message. So far, no response. The missing item was a Christmas gift. Now I must get another item as the gift. I'm very disappointed and will be contacting PAYPAL for a refund of the purchase price.
I paid for a wallet at sovaleather.com on the 18th of January and here it is February 1st and I still have not heard any update, no tracking number, nor an e-mail on the wallet I ordered. I did pay via a major credit card and will consult with them to have the money returned to my account.
