Ordered an item I needed urgently, took them 3 days to cancel the order without an explanation. I’m guessing their website does not reflect their actual stock. Disappointing

Good appointment
My appointment was booked on the wrong time in error and they went out of their way to find someone who could do what I wanted. The young girl came on from home. She was polite, gentle and customer focussed. Please thank her for coming in at short notice and treating my hair with care
