Tough getting the order fulfillment back on track
Hey friends,
We experienced delays in the order fulfillment process. Completely understandable that these things happen sometimes, but when it came to getting the order back on track, I had to call several times after the team didn’t call back. Eventually I was sent to the supplier to sort it myself, and I’m not sure your team member felt empowered to own and drive the resolution. These things happen and I’m sure the next experience will be better. Thanks!
