Additionally, our pawnbroking services for asset loans are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We also offer part exchange and jewellery repair services. The price of the men's gold bracelet…
The price of the men's gold bracelet that I purchased was a great price.
At that price I had to purchase the item.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was when I saw the item advertised the bracelet looked bigger than the item I received.
I know you gave a the size and the weight and dimensions but it still looked smaller than I thought however once I got over that the bracelet looks very good wearing every day and I will buy more items in the future from you.

As mentioned in our previous correspondence, we offer a 14-day no-quibble returns policy and we would have been happy to issue a full refund if the item was not suitable. We also offered to extend this return period due to the Easter Bank Holiday; however, we did not receive a response from you.
We are confident that the chain is the advertised 23 inches in length. As part of our communication, we also provided a photo of the exact chain measured against a ruler, which forms part of our professional product imagery.
Having said that, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we would have been more than happy to resolve this for you with a full refund within the return period offered. We’re sorry that on this occasion the item did not meet your expectations.
