Whilst visiting the WESTBURY practise recently to book an appointment I was met with one of the staff screaming and shouting. I was later told this is the new dentist there. Safe to say I did not feel comfortable or have any trust in this person at all. He made one of the nurses cry and the atmosphere was so tense. Definitely won’t be booking to see him.

Update referencing reply from southcliff. I am indeed a patient. And as it stand have an appointment booked for a few weeks. This is not professional as a company to accuse a patient of lying.

wonderful staff, the dentists have all been extremely kind and thorough.

Went for an appointment to be told there is no NHS dentist. Saw a dental therapist who can’t do anything for me. Now been told I have to wait months for a hospital appointment and to call 111 for a prescription as they can’t help me

Southcliff Margate.
I had a check up as I had a broken wisdom tooth. The dentist was lovely and very reassuring. I then had another appointment to extract the broken tooth. During the procedure I had a panic attack and the staff were very quick to deal with me and gave me a glucose drink and sat me in another surgery until I was fully recovered. I could not fault the service I recieved from all of the staff members.

I went today to this practice with my daughter really good practice and very helpful team

Lovely experience for our family appointment today in hamble. reception was great.. examination went smoothly and kept informed on what was happening.
Felt very at ease.

Truly the worst dentist practice, the dentists are untrained and unprofessional. The CEO should be charged for the way he treats patients.

Do not attend this surgery. You will regret it.

Just to add they clearly pay for all the fake positives reviews. Look at the consistency of the bad reviews and how they all say the same thing. This company is fraudulent avoid!

rubbish i have been thrown under the bus because of a issue with the computer system not sending reminders as i had not received an email or text leading up to the missed appointment. i have serval sleep issues which i can sleep for up to 18 to 20 hours also have issues with my spine and both hips and when i had my last appointment i didn't even see a dentist and was told to make another appointment disgusting service to you customer's with health issues they don't care and no sympathy advise people to change before they get thrown under the bus like me

The receptionists were very pleasant and I can not speak more highly of the dentist Jubran .. unfortunately I have a fear of dentistry but Jubran was very sympathetic made me feel relaxed, explained the procedure in detail answered all my questions snd was very obliging and didn’t rush and more importantly executed the extraction causing no discomfort or pain .. I sincerely hope he remains a dentist at south cliff.. thank you so much

We are now a year on from leaving the surgery and my 11 year old has had long lasting implications from a lack of treatment and referrals. They had always told me his teeth were great and our new dentist spotted issues straight away that they had either ignored or missed. This is now resulting in him losing 2 adult teeth

My first hygienist appointment lasted 5 minutes and again new dentist could not tell I’d been to see a hygienist a few months before.

They constantly tried to upsell to me and my partner but my children have ongoing issues which were not treated promptly.

Excellent service , the dentist Ashila Vanghese and staff were both thorough and gentle I would highly recommend the Gosport practice

I had been going to the same experienced dental hygienist at the location in Battle Road in Hastings. Then it was sold to this dental group, she left and they've had a revolving door of young, relatively inexperienced hygienists who despatch you as fast as they can.
There are obviously not enough clerical staff as you hang on the phone for ages and call backs, if you ask for them, take a long time.
I don't blame any of this on either the admin or dental staff. It is all about the bottom line with a large dental group who cares about their profits and not their employees or their patients.

Southcliff marlborough is the worst dentist i have ever been to, everytime i go for a check up the say im ok for another 6 months but my teeth are falling out and they keep passing any work by and they constantly cancel appointments because they only have one dentist in on a Tuesday they allways have an excuse , the receptionist is very rude and argumentative they tell you they will call you back but that never happens! Why are they still trading!

I haven’t been able to find an NHS dentist for 2 years, following my move to Pevensey, then I came across South Cliff Dentists in Eastbourne. Very pleasant dentist, put me at my ease and then saw Poona, the hygienist on 4th May. Lovely lady, very professional and my teeth feel amazing. Would highly recommmend her.
