Avoid! They don’t deserve one star, the company I used is CLOUDINAIRE on their booking
Arrived at the yard! Not a car park, wanted me to leave my car out in the road as there wasn’t any room left in the yard, cars parked or should I say stacked everywhere, I have asked for a chargeback, on their website states they can park your car elsewhere, but not on a public road outside their entrance, I stupidly did not read their terms etc but do t use this company,
I have used others in the past, but this was not a good car parking company, paled in a hotel which actually was cheaper and kept my keys.

I stupidly got the dates wrong on my cruise, and I only realised after my mother-in-law corrected me. With one week to go, i range SPR in a bit of a flap and Mike and Alex were super helpful and pulled the parking back to where it needed to be, for the total cost of £10.

Super service - very impressed and pleased.

Do not use this company, there are much better ones available. This is what you have to do: car drivers have to drop off all passengers and luggage at the port before arriving at the car park. They take you back to the port on their shuttle service. If you do not know Southampton then this will be a nightmare. Now they do not mention this before you book only after they have your money, very underhand.

There is no mention of a Carpark address and no insurance for drivers
I experienced this last year unfortunately
