Good company to deal with
I bought a new sous vide machine to replace an old one I’d had for years. Unfortunately I was sent one with the wrong plug but after a phone call the issue was resolved quickly. I’m impressed with the new one, it heats the water to temperature so much more quickly

First Class service and products
This is not my first time purchasing supplies from this company, and even when things go wrong I had a very nice lady on the other end of the line, friendly, helpful and sorted out the problem, this was a machine that wasn't working properly. This purchase was for the Boilable Vacuum Bags, I was kept up to date for delivery, although they were waiting themselves for a delayed shipment at the time of my order, they came quite fast considering and the wait was only a few days, so if they hadn't said about the delay I wouldn't have know. It's a company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I've have nothing but First Class service and products for many years, and my go to if I need more supplies.

My son and I bought a Kasai Konro grill for my husband for his 60th birthday. He was over the moon and ‘played’ with it for days. Got the proper charcoal.
It’s really excellent- arrived in perfect condition and promptly. It’s robust and authentic. Very pleased with the quality. So is my son- and he’s a Head Chef and cooks on one, so hard to please! Would buy from Sous Vide again.

Extremely poor customer service regarding delivery of damaged item.
My goods arrived damaged. It looked as if something had been dropped on the item. What should have been a simple exchange of goods became a frustrating exchange of calls. I initially was told I needed to fill out a warranty form. When I pointed out it was a damage issue and therefore a different issue by law I was told I had to unpack everything, find the parts number and then give them my mobile number before sending the item back. After a fourth phone call and several emails later I finally got them to accept the damaged goods back.
No really apology and some of the staff I dealt with were quite dismissive and rude. I would hate that find out what the service would be if I actually had a warranty problem. I also had to remind them about the refund. Based on the customer service I would not recommend using this company.

Out of stock, but will sell you an inferior product
Tried to buy a product that had £100 off during black Friday sale. Told me they were out of stock, and offered me a smaller product while at the same time telling me it was the same size. Refused and asked for money back, but the same product i was trying to buy says its in stock on their website. What a strange company, either update your website or stop trying to rip off customers.

Unbelievable service. Very happy with my purchase. Arrived in two days, beautifully packaged and exactly as described. Can’t wait to use them. I purchased my grill from this company last year and honestly I couldn’t praise them enough, if you are looking for a grill this is the best place to purchase. Their after sales service is excellent and they have great tips on how to use it. Definitely be returning in the near future,
Product arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged, must of being dropped by courier as packaging inside box was damaged.. handle was bent . Contacted customer services so inform them as this but apparently you need to open delivery straight away . I did not as it was a present for my husband for his birthday. No replacement offered and no discount. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again .

Disappointing experience and poor…
Disappointing experience and poor customer service. Received damaged goods which were bought as a gift - damaged by courier in transit. Refused a replacement and offered a paltry 5% discount on a £300 item . Made to feel like it was ours as the customers fault the item was damaged ( without any evidence of damage on the external packaging) as we had not checked on delivery (when the item was a present and not intended to be opened for a further week). Kept referring to reading the email small print. Upon opening item on the persons birthday it was damaged. Misleading emails on returns policy and unpleasant representative on the phone. Some work to do on delivering a positive customer experience .
You would expect a company like this to pride themselves on delivering satisfaction to customers - not the case I’m afraid
