STAY AWAY FROM SOUR PUFF SHOP

Had to literally go to my main bank and open a transaction dispute because no response from seller. Do not buy anything from here maybe the seller is dead or something.

Take the money and don't deliver

Made an order for christmas presents, I thought well in advance on 13th November 2024. Had a confirmation email.

Then it got to December and I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up with two emails before christmas. No response at all, apart from an auto-generated "we're busy". It's now mid-January and I've still had no communication.

Similar to other reviewers here, they took my money and didn't fulfill my order. Please avoid.

Scam

Just like everyone else here. My order has not been fulfilled I feel so stupid for not researching the site first.

I’ve contacted the vendor and received no response. The reason I made my mistake was I saw this site was using Shop as a checkout option and that stupidly made me think it was a reputable site.

Please beware this site will just take your money.

I never got my order

I never got my order! I ordered in november of 2023 so it's almost been half a year and no order or at least shipping information! Nothing! i tried reaching out several times per email also on their instagram but nothing! no response! This is ridiculous i paid a lot of money! I want my hoodies or my money back as soon as possible!!!

Very bad costumer service and no information on order

I placed an order on december 10 and i did not get any updates since then. I tried several time to contact costumer service but they won't answer my multiples email. Really bad costumer service.
I am really disappointed and do not recommend this shop. I did not try to get a refund yet but my hopes are not very high.

Terrible store, terrible people.

I ordered a jacket from this site back in 2022, my order number was #14119, they took my money and after a month I contacted them and got an automated reply saying they had "High volumes of deliveries, so may be delayed".
I contacted them on multiple occasions, every 2-3 weeks over the last year for an update, through every viable communication method, and have never recieved a response.
I just want a refund at this point, but I know that will never happen.
These people are absolute clowns. Avoid at all cost.

BIG SCAMMERS

I got scammed by them and I lost my 30 euros. my order number is #14410 and I kept trying reach out to customer service and there is no response. They reached out with bunch of BS excuses and never refunded my money back. I WANT MY REFUND.

I got scammed.

Wish I would have read this page before I ordered. Same experience as much of the 1 stars here. Ordered a sweater and company immediately took my money and confirmed order. Yet my package was NEVER SHIPPED. Tried to email the company multiple times and no reply. Pls keep your money and DON’T BUY FROM HERE!

No updates on delivery for a month

Hi, I love the look of all their products, but i havent go to try em out yet cause they haven’t shipped. The order was confirmed on 1st December, but there have been no further updates. I do not recommend buying from here until further notice. I did email and was sent an automated response due to high volumes, which is understandable, but further updates would be cool.

Still still Still haven’t received my item or a reply

I ordered a t-shirt on 9/18/22. I’ve emailed twice now about order #13971. I received a response to my first email that was incredibly generic and didn’t answer my question about shipping/tracking number. It basically said thanks for emailing and they have a high volume of emails. No response to my second email a couple weeks later still asking for tracking information and if my shirt is still being shipped. Pretty bad experience. Can’t say I’ll order again since the customer service and shipping are so bad.

Update - still no response or my shirt - it’s November. Terrible company.

Placed an order over two weeks ago

Placed an order over two weeks ago and NEVER received tracking information. I have emailed three times now and IG messaged twice and keep getting ignored. I need help as this order was for my little sisters birthday!

*Edit - They eventually answered to my email saying that the package had been mailed the previous week... when I FINALLY got the tracking information it showed that the package had infact NOT be sent out for delivery until that day... it took over a month and half to get my package. This present was for my sisters birthday on September 20th and I just received it October 4th... needless to say it was late and I ended up buying her something else and wasting almost $30 on a necklace that was 1 - late and 2 - looked like something out of a dollar store. it was so cheap looking and I can tell that with a few wears it will go black. 100% would not shop here or recommend ever to anyone!*

*second edit since you guys decided to reply - no where on your shipping section did it say 4 weeks to canada. I would have NEVER purchased this necklace then. also 20 usd.. I paid $30 CAD... so yes it was $30 FOR ME. And email you? I did email you already asking for a refund to which guess what... I NEVER GOT A REPLY. This company is a total joke and a scam. I also never said the necklace would break.. I said it would turn BLACK. I ordered it August 25th and didnt get any tracking information until Sep 21.. by then it was already too late. money wasted. *

*Your offer to "assist" was telling me to email you.. an email where NO ONE RESPONDS and where like I stated I emailed asking for a refund and NEVER GOT A REPLY. If there was an option to give you negative stars you would def be getting negative 5 stars. Horrible customer service. *

We would like to highlight that the order was shipped on the day we stated however tracking takes a few days to reflect updates. It was delivered within our shipping time-frame to Canada at the time (4 weeks) due high demand, as stated on our website “Shipping” section. The necklace is $20.95 with free shipping and albeit is slightly lightweight, it is made to last.

Very very slow delivery and limited communication

I placed an order for a sweater late January. Sourpuff immediately withdrew the money, but I didn't hear from them: No order confirmation, no information about shipping, delivery or any issues. I had emailed them several times, but never got an answer back. Suddenly - sometime in April, the ordered sweater appears and I got an answer to one of my emails. I wish the company was as active communicating about the process to consumers and making sure your purchased goods were delivered as they are in making sure I adjust my 1-star trustpilot review - which I have now done.

You received a confirmation email as soon as the order was placed which included a link to track your order when you click “view order”.

We had received an email from yourself quoting your order number in February asking for the status of the order, which a colleague had responded to as soon as they could locate it. Very poor with customer service

Very poor with customer service. I emailed 3 times, message on Instagram and Facebook for returning a jacket.

I tried jacket on, the zipper went hallways and then a piece from zipper fell off. Directly I send an email.

They don’t respons very lack and bad service.

The order took a while to come

The order took a while to come, which judging by other reviews is standard for the company, but I didn't mind that.
My issue is the lack of customer support /communication regarding my order as it arrived and the high tops were the wrong size.
Ordered a 7.5 (especially after reading reviews that the sizing is small). Shoes arrived 6.5 (clearly stated on the shoes). Not what was ordered.
I have sent several emails to the company to address the issue for an exchange for the right size but other than an automated email reply to one of my emails advising they 'are experiencing a large volume of email enquiries' I have had nothing back.
Stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit my daughter, as they are too small.
Keep your money and shop elsewhere unless you are happy to lose money on items not being correct and with no way to get it rectified.
Really poor first experience using the company, come on Sourpuff Girls, you can do better!!
