First Class Service

First Class. Very professional. Highly reccomended.
Kits were sent guaranteed 1pm next day delivery. An email was sent showing the tracking number, so I
could watch it's journey every step of the way. They sent emails when they received the two kits.Then they sent emails with the results, and with certificates to download. All on time. Very good value for such good service.

As a frequent traveller I recommend this service

Ordered online, everything is how it should be, received receipt and locator form number - no hidden delivery charges.

Edit:

Following on from the above, test delivered on arrival in the UK, easy instructions to follow, received results promptly, communication throughout - I had no issues.

I frequently travel internationally with work, more often than I have issues with the testing requirement / service provided resulting in delays or extra costs, however on this occasion it was hassle free

Brilliant Service!

Ordered some Lateral Flows that I needed urgently for a holiday and the service I received from Sara.B was excellent. Explained the whole process clearly and assisted in the quickest way to get them in time! Couldn't thank her enough 😄

Day 2 test - not reliable

Booked my day-two test, four days before arriving to the UK. It is my second day back and the test kit still to arrive. Attempted to cancel it but they don't pick up phones. Very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for...and now will be locked at home due to a poor decision I made.

Test kits for day 2 PCR arrive a day…

Test kits for day 2 PCR arrived a day late which means my partner may lose a day’s pay. There was an ‘issue’ apparently. Makes a mockery of the whole day 2 thing. Test was easy enough to use same as lateral flow really. When I went to track the order it said day 8 when I had clearly ordered day 2. I also have to claim back a now unneeded lateral flow test from Boots - anyone know how I do that? The whole thing stinks of a money making sleazy scam to me. They are all as bad a rip off. Shame on the lot of them. Now keeping fingers crossed they don’t mess the test up

Very disappointed

Ordered tests prior to holiday, with two working days that have been within that time and status says it’s not been dispatched yet. There has been no courtesy email to say there have been any issues or delays and we have arrived back off holiday today to nothing. With a time sensitive item such as this I don’t think this is good service. I have emailed and received no response and I have called a few times and been cut off.

Do not use this service..

Do not use this service... me and my partner both ordered our tests to arrive today when we have arrived from Spain. The test isnt here and my partner has recieved no response from the email address given after complaining. We have also not received any email update and are now unable to leave the house with no sign or idea of when it will arrive. Also no response when trying to call. A really upsetting end to a holiday after being organised and spending money to have the test arrive on time. Luna Williams

Kit not here

I ordered a kit to arrive well before I arrived back to the UK.
I return to no kit, and log in to see that it has not even been dispatched yet. No reply to email yet and customer service numbers cut off after a few dials

Similar experience to reviews below. Apparently an approved provider that is unable to meet requirements to even deliver tests within the 2 day window for testing. Returned to UK on 5th dec. Kit ordered to arrive on 6th. Emailed on 6th as no kit received. No response despite auto email suggesting i would get response within 2 hrs. Followed up with another email on 7th asking whether i would receive the test kit today to enable me to test within 2 day window. If not, requested refund. Have just received a bland response stating that there had been an issue with kit delivery and it is due to be dispatched woth no confirmation on when. This company should be removed as an approved provider on the government site as they are clearly unable to deliver.
UPDATE: the response given below suggests i contact the email address that i have already emailed 3 times now with inadequate responses and resolution so empty response really!!!

Where is it?

What is the point of these approved providers if they cannot send you the tests you require for when you return from holiday. Ordered Saturday 4th of December, meant to arrive Monday 6th of December, though due to an 'oversight' it was not sent out Sunday. Meant to arrive by 1pm today (Tuesday), still no sign. The government regulations are to submit a PCR test by day 2 using an approved provider (which this is), and the test never turns up.

Disappointing

Despite the money coming off my account, and trying to contact the customer support team directly, I still have no confirmation email and Source BioScience claims I have not made the relevant payment.
Looks like I will have to try order another test through a different provider. Disappointing.

After emailing, I received a reply to say that there had been a problem and that kits would be despatched that day(6/12)
Email confirming despatch received but no tracking number
Further email sent asking for tracking number blocked by Biosource
Seems that it’s just luck of the draw with this company, chose them because of Which review

Day 2 Test Request Ignored.

I ordered a day 2 test from this Company. My specific request was this test had to be shipped on 6/12/21. The reason being I wanted the test delivered before I travel on 9/12/21 as I return on 28/12/21. With this being a normal despatch over the Christmas Period it is unlikely the test would arrive in time for me when I arrive home. I have not had any feedback from the Company and I'm really disappointed. If you cannot select a preferred ship date, why offer this in the order process. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Prompt and helpful

I've used Source Bioscience on several occasions and they have always delivered promptly and responded extremely quickly whenever I've had a query. They will be my go to company whenever I need a test for travel.

On the 'Which?' shortlist

Excellent service from Source Bioscience. I had to obtain a pcr test quickly after being let down by a different provider. I was able to pick up the test, go away and take the test, and then return it the same day. I was told results would take 24-36 hours but had them back inside 12 hrs. Staff I dealt with both friendly and professional. On line booking procedure easy to follow. Read instructions carefully in email when completing test.

Fantastic responsive service

Fantastic responsive service. Competitive pricing.
sadly we had to cancel visit to Sweden and Source bio science refunded costs with no quibble.
When we eventually get to travel i will come straight back to them

Ordered a day 2 pcr test on a Thursday…

Ordered a day 2 pcr test on a Thursday and it arrived Friday morning, did my test Friday afternoon and posted via Royal Mail priority post box, got email confirmation that the lab had received test on the Saturday morning and then results later on Saturday afternoon, above and beyond expectations, such a speedy and effortless experience, highly recommended. Thank you

We are so grateful to have been recommended Source Bioscience by Which?

I cannot rate them highly enough. We had to book PCR tests late the night before our flight home from Spain (where we were visiting elderly parents) because the rules changed suddenly. They provided the information we needed, the tests arrived on day 2, ( this was good because the order would have been processed on the day of our flight ),and we all three had our results by the next evening, day 3. The instructions for using the test kit were excellent and clearly explained and the customer service exceptional. On top of it all, it is much cheaper than many of the other companies recommended by the government website, but none of them could have given the results any quicker and in fact, in our experience, the service was more efficient and reliable than another much more expensive company we have also tried. I cannot recommend Source Bioscience enough.
