I'm unable to access a previous PC that I had my soundtoys plugins installed on to deactivate them. After replying a couple of times giving me wrong advice, they've now stopped replying completely. They've taken my money and I'm unable to use the software.

Bought a couple of their plugins a year or two ago from a legit third-party seller while on sale, now they show max activations reached when trying to authorise on my new PC but there is no way to deactivate them from my old, broken laptops that I'm unable to access what with them being broken and binned. The licences don't appear on iLok and the company don't respond to requests for help. So money wasted really. I'd give these a swerve, even if they're plugins are quite nice when you're permitted to use them!

The plugins you made is excellent and appear in every single project of mine. However last time I was asking if I could purchase an additional slot to register it on a third computer of mine but the reply is "no you have to buy another one"...I think 3 activations should be the standard of all plugin companies(Softube did that) as you can have multiple personal devices at same time. I don't expect it to be free, I could pay for it.

This company refuses to help me when I had a problem with their software license system. They seem to have a broken licensing system for their software, at least in my case, and after over a month they refused to help resolve the situation with me. If you really have to buy their software use iLok, and don't take the option they offer to use their own authentication system because in my experience it doesn't work. I've lost nearly $200 and all faith in the company I used to respect a lot.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life as a music producer.

I accidentally bought a product on their website not realizing if I just upgraded my previous bundle that I could have gotten that product for cheaper. I emailed them and they got back within 12 hours and told me they had refunded that item and I could go ahead and upgrade the bundle for the lesser price now. Impressive response time and ease of experience. Makes me a more dedicated customer.

Great plugins.. Great sound quality. no doubt about that.. BUT
I bought a second hand license from a user(A). that was transferred to me through ilok license transfer service. after 6 months i have transferred it to another user(C) by paying the ilok license transfer fee. after another 1.5 years they have removed the license from the current owner(C) saying the initial user(A) has taken this license in a fraud way. Neither me or user(C) has done anything wrong. and licenses has been transfered through official transfer process by paying license transfer fees. They just revoked license from the user C and user C was asking money from me :) after 1.5 years. we asked from soundtoys for atleast a NFR license for the user(C) since user C or me havent done anything wrong and we have followed the regular license transfer process rules. But soundtoys rejected the request. even they didnt reply for further emails. At the end me and user C shared the lost 125$ per each and i think soundtoys should have handled this case in a polite way than this.

Great company and software. I own the Soundoys bundle and am proud. Their plugins are fantastic.

Amazingly good plugins and great company. Love the fact that you can buy individual plugins and then offset the cost of those to get the full bundle when you can. Almost makes it like and installment plan. A lot of companies wouldnt let you do that.

Amazing plugins and most importantly amazing customer service. They will go over and beyond to help their customers. Thank you Soundtoys.
