TERRIBLE AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are so many other better options out there! Sounds Easy has absolutely no customer communication. You can't call them, they don't return e-mails. When I did FINALLY get an email from them, they told me I could get a refund. That was 2 weeks ago now. Over the past 6 weeks since my order was placed I have sent several e-mails and tried every avenue to connect with them and find out the status of my order. Now I just want my money back, but nothing is happening. I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and have reported them to the state consumer affairs. They have $700 of mine, and I need it back!

They experienced unforeseen issues on…

They experienced unforeseen issues on their end, but there was no communication for over a week after being told my order would ship. The refund was only processed after I initiated a chargeback. Overall, the process took four weeks with very poor communication throughout. Would have happily waited longer for them to sort everything out…if they had just let me know what was going on. Instead of telling me after I had already hit my limit of dealing with no comms

Bought an audio interface

Bought an audio interface, had issues with the pricing in that the sale price that I bought it at became cheaper post sale. It was pretty annoying so I contacted them and they refunded me the difference straight away including the $10 coupon that I had used. Great customer service in my experience!
