I was using TuneMyMusic for so long, but it started mangling playlists during scheduled syncs so I decided to check out Soundiiz. Not only is their interface better (you can see all your playlists across all linked services in one place), but they also have better configuration of syncs to help avoid that kind of mangling.

Poor matching accuracy.
At best 96% accuracy, a lot of work to manually correct. No obvious way to correct failures so future syncs work!
I tried a competitor and got 98 to 100 percent accuracy. I am going to try the paid account of the competitor and if the improved accuracy is consistent.... I will cancel Soundiiz.

Extremely easy to understand and ran in the background. Very fast.

Cant see my favorites from YouTube music even on premium subscription. Totally useless.

Works wonderfully, but had some issues:
- can't sync to discogs or last.fm
- when syncing if the target service has a smaller limit on their playlist size then playlist splitting should be automatic. This also applies to batch jobs.

I needed a process to transfer my streaming library from one service to another. Soundiiz did this quickly and easily and for a reasonable cost.

Great service! These guys work hard to make this tricky process as seamless as possible while up against all the little quirks of each individual streaming service.
Support and response is great and attentive to detail.

The abilities to make transfers from one source to the other; I never thought it was possible!

I was shocked how easy it was to transfer everyone of playlists and tracks from Tidal to Qobuz.

It was great, but would like it to be smarter if there is a similarly named playlist already, rather than simply creating a new one with the same name

Super useful
I tried their service and it was wonderful, they added everything to the new service and I could enjoy my music.
Funny thing is they say "if you need this only once, you can instantly cancel subscription" I found this super sincere and super funny.
Good experience, if you need this type of service, super recommended!

Transferred from Apple Music to Qobuz. Only transferred the names of playlists and left them empty - Artists and Albums were fine.
Worth a fiver for one month subscription if you’ve got an extensive library, but I think if you’ve got a small library it’d actually be easier manually doing it yourself.

The most frustrating thing with the app is when there are errors moving music over, there no easy way of view the errors and retry. You have to download a csv where they'll be listed. I found that some were flagged as errors yet the album that had failed appeared in my favourites. Would be great if the UX could find 'close matches' so that rather than failing you can pick an album the name/artist matches. Often the album had text in parenthesis that failed.
