Atrocious Customer Service from Sound…

Atrocious Customer Service from Sound Exchange on Wednesday, March 11 at around 5:45 PM before they close. It was absolutely ridiculous. How rude the guy was that answered the phone and the way he was condescending and sarcastic, and literally telling me to shut up and pay attention. Followed by "I want to go home" because it's the end of his workday. This individual was contacted by calling the contact phone number on the website and answering very basic elementary questions but what an attitude my goodness. I hope some upper management records those calls. It's hard to believe such an important society would employ somebody like that.

I do not trust them

I have Joined SoundExchange December 2024 now it is October 2025 I still haven't received any royalties I have spent a lot of money promoting my music on Digital radio and when I call the people that answer the phone seem to be clueless. SoundExchange need to do better and be more accountable and be more trustworthy. I think that you are collecting our Royalties and sitting on them

I've been waiting for my music royalty…

I've been waiting for my music royalty for 8 years now. I have 139 cover songs and 45 originals. I spent registering my songs properly for hundreds of hours during the years . I also matched my works at unclaimed database .Even my name, ISRC , song title, Publisher was exactly me, I never got a Cent. Where did my music royalty disappear ? What else I could say ? They say : " We stand behind the interests of the creative community. This is reflected in our commitment to preserving the long-term value of music and advocating on your behalf so that you are paid fairly "

This is not fair .
