Soul Insole is the most supportive and comfortable insole I’ve ever worn / tried. I appreciate the added support wedges that were included in my customizable insoles. I’m on my feet all day for work and I’ve noticed a significantly positive difference in my experience wearing them. My feet aren’t killing me at the end of the day anymore. This was the best surprise I've had in quite a while. I have used other orthotics in the past, but these are great. They even considered if you needed a lift or help with pronation/supination. The cost was not inexpensive, but it was worth every dollar to me. There is customer support available.

Perfect for my plantar fasciitis
Great product. They stay in place well. Even when I get my sneakers, totally soaked. I pulled them out and let everything dry and put them back in and they stuck again.

These insoles are amazing! Previously, I couldn't wear the same shoe 2 days in a row because of foot pain. Once I switched to these insoles, I can now wear the same pair of shoes day after day without pain! I love them!

Not the insoles to help with my Morton's Neuroma.
The insoles are probably fine for someone with no foot injuries or issues. The insoles are cushy and the ability to modify them with stick on adjustments sounded promising. Unfortunately, these insoles have not provided any relief for my Morton's Neuroma. I've tried the insoles in several different pairs of shoes with no improvement to my foot pain. But, truly - excellent insoles for someone with healthy, normal feet.

We recommend adding on extra ramps, or combining them with our Shoe Bubble orthotics to increase the thickness and increase offloading of pressure. Placement is also key in these situations. For a Morton's Neuroma, you want to place the ramps so that the front edge drops off right before your pain point. The insert took some of the pressure off the ball of my foot. That relieved some of the pain.
