Order took a few business days to dispatch. When I received it I noticed a discrepancy in the product details they had listed online (it said made in Italy but is in fact made in Macedonia). Dropped Souliers Martinez a note about that and there has been no acknowledgement or response after several days, and the incorrect information remains on their website. Would not order from them again.

I will never order from Soulier Martinez again; I placed an order but received no confirmation. Unsure if the order had actually gone through, I placed a second one. When the first order shipped, I contacted Soulier Martinez to ask for the second order to be cancelled. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel, so I ended up receiving two orders—both of which I had to return because the size wasn't right. The return process took a very long time and was handled poorly; they deducted €20 per pair of shoes, meaning I paid €100 just for the return processing!!!! This shows a lack of customer-friendliness and really upset me.

I would rated this low customer service quality brand with no star if possible. Expensive for no reason and low standards of customer service.

The quality of the product received is very poor, for such a high price.
ZARA shoes are of higher quality.

I ordered some vegan leather socks and they are such great quality and I wasn't expecting them to be nearly as comfortable as they are. Shipping was also low cost and decent speed (1 week), shipped the day following the order. Highly recommended!
