Chinese made and shipping
I ordered a shirt on 7th June, but then after reading their Reviews (yes, I should have read their reviews first !) I thought it was a scam company and I had lost my money. But no, on 18th June I got a notification that my order had been shipped. Now, I thought Soulgrits was an American Company but when I looked into the shipping details my item was coming from China, it arrived on 20th June, delivered by Evri. It is certainly not cotton, more like a cheap polyester fabric, and be aware, I ordered a large size but what has arrived is more like a medium size, typical for items coming from China, so order a size bigger. So, Soulgrits do exist but they use a Chinese company for manufacturing and shipping.

Placed order but item not received even after chasing and being told another T-shirt would be sent as first had been held up at customs. A scam for sure.

Scammers
Placed order but heard nothing until i e-mailed them . They replied with dodgy looking tracking details showing my order had been to 3 different destinations on the same date , that was 12 days ago and hasnt moved since . The reply from them ended with a footnote asking me not to give a negative review on facebook , why ? . Since then i have heard nothing and dont see their ad anymore

Missing item.
Ordered and paid for a t shirt on May 24 th. It’s a birthday present for 10 th July. Assumed that was plenty of time. It has not arrived. I’ve e mailed their customer service team but have only received an automated response. I’m out of pocket and have to buy another gift today. Not good enough. Very disappointing. Will not use them again.

Obviously dodgy as Hell.........
After looking at there whereabouts in the world, and seeing that on their website they claim to be able to "ship" anywhere in the world, and it takes at least 14 to 30 days to recieve your order.......I knew straight away, this lot were having a laugh and were total scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
