A passionate travel agent who will get you exactly where you want to go
This was our family's first time using a travel agency. Our previous process was always... google for flights, google location, compare, etc... We have three college-age kids and travel a lot as a family. Our quest to venture out farther and farther, while that felt exciting it was a bit overwhelming. Could we afford it? How can we pull off such a desire as everyone has their own version of how that looks.
We were suggested multiple times to check out Solefree travel and so glad we did! The results were amazing. A 10-day experience with our family in Puerto Rico!
Our travel agent Kelly was incredible!!
I realized It wasn't just about doing the booking online.
Kelly knows a lot about traveling because she lives and breathes it Passionately!
She is very observant and picks up quickly on what you're trying to obtain... location, cost, atmosphere, etc.
Being a photographer she has an excellent eye for the natural beauty as well, think optimal view at the location, the same price... she knows
The biggest thing for us was her perceptive networking abilities and out of the box insight in the whole travel industry.
Kelly is very detail-oriented with your vision..she listens to exactly what you're looking for... is always one step ahead... covering all cross-checks you worry about or don't realize... flight changes, baggage, finding a cheaper flight at last minute, rules, regulations, fine print, etc...
She was available almost instantly during working hours if concerns or change of plans happened….that was a big one for me with so many other obligations of daily life. she is very intuned to the moment at hand and would have your questions ready to address.
We booked our trip of 9 coming from multiple locations on a shoestring budget
A lot of obstacles arose!….she was on it.
When your trip gets near Kelly prepares an itemized list of all important documents, locations, contacts at the click of a finger. Everything tied up you could possibly need during your trip! We all want that, possibly function without it but having it is outstanding!!
Kelly's passion to “see, feel, and touch” the world around us clearly shows up in her ability to make those dreams obtainable for others!
She definitely did that for our family
